During the transport from Tempe AZ to Seattle WA, we received updates by text, with photos so had complete peace of mind about their journey. This Guy is a Thief !! After paying him $750.00 when he picked up the boat is West Palm Beach then anoter $1000.00 the next day, He made up a bunch of excuses regarding the trailer and tires including his truck tires to old, He left my boat in Tallahasse in a trailer yard took the money and never heard from him again!! I have left many messages and emails. Citizenshipper refunded my initial payment to them of $500 but !1 did nothing to help me getting my money back this comapny is terrible!! What a scam !! We had a 10/10 experience with Howard. He arrived on time, made sure our dog warmed up to him and it felt like he treated our dog as if it was a pet of his own. We received numerous updates such as arrival time, feeding, potty breaks and photos of our dog throughout the ride. My family and I moved across country from California to Ohio. My biggest concern was how I was going to get my 2 bigger dogs ( German Shepherds ) out there. I was trying to figure out a way beside shipping them via cargo on a plane as I couldn't imagine leaving them scared and alone in a kennel. I came across citizen shipper and Mike was the very first person to reach out to me regarding any and all of my questions on how this works. He reassured me on all of my concerns as this was the first time I have ever had to deal with this. He made me confident that he was the right person to transport my babies and that he was very experienced with bigger breeds which mine are ( 130lbs and 98 lbs ). We kept contact over the few months with clear instructions on what to expect, what to bring, and what I need to do to prepare my dogs. The trip went amazing! 2300 miles and no hiccups! My dogs are not the easiest as they tend not to listen but with all the prayers and pep talks they did amazing! They updated me almost every 3 hours with pictures and the itinerary and I had no worries at all! They dropped off my dogs a day early which is amazing! My dogs were so happy and well taken care of. Spoiled every step of the way! There is no doubt in my mind that I will use Mike and his crew if I ever need my dogs transported or if family or friends need it! 20 out of 5 stars! My deal was to transport a Motorcycle from California to Colorado. I read all reviews and they were spotted -on. That is why I chose NCR Roadside. Everything accomplished according to plan. NCR transported my bike in an enclosed trailer. He took pictures before loading and after loading. Bike came well protected and in an acceptable timeframe. Brandon kept me informed and replied to my messages very quick. Communication was very good!. Keep in mind that on some occasions, while he's transporting (driving) he might not be able to respond to messages. Overall, it was a great worry free experience, choosing and working with Brandon, NCR Roadside. I do recommend doing business with him.

Manny was the absolute best !! He was able to take my Chinchilla from Pennsylvania all the way back home to California in such a short amount of times! They were extremely accommodating to Garry and being open to learning about our Chinchilla’s weird quirks ! Marie shipped my Boxer Puppy, Teddy, from Redlands California to Bronx New York City. I had not known about the many travel restrictions surrounding this breed and ended up being stuck in California, on my university campus, with my puppy for part of the holidays because no one would transport him or the prices they were asking were unreasonable.I was anticipating missing all of the holidays with my family however Marie was the only driver on this website that accommodated to my budget without sacrificing a single morsel of her amazing service. In addition to not charging me literally a rent check to ship him, she allowed me to pay off the balance in the following weeks with no problem. This was huge for me as I am a college student that couldn’t afford to pay $2,500+ To ship my puppy. I received photos, daily updates. I was able to track her location and monitor the trip progress. She fed him (he was plump and happy), bathed him, and gave him plenty of toys and treats for which she didn’t even charge me. I went from not even knowing this type of service was available to finding this website and getting the help from an awesome person and real professional . I don’t think I’ll have anyone else transport my boy! She’s like family to us. You can waste your time picking out negative feedback and it would be silly. This woman knows what she’s doing, respects and listens to her customers, and cares for your pet like her own. Enough said

The whole experience was excellent from beginning to end. The communication was outstanding. On his way to pick up the boat from the dealership he found a spare tire for the trip (dealer was out and could not get one). Took multiple pictures before leaving the dealership and sent to me. Pamela could not have been more professional and courteous for Kona. She picked him up within 5 minutes of our pick up time with a well-maintained, clean car. Pamela instantly got along with my dog and I could tell she was very experienced with animals. After she left, Pamela sent photos every few hours with a constant live location tracking app. Could not have asked for better communication. And to top it all off, she even arrived a day earlier than expected. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Pamela is definitely the person you want to transport your dog.

We are thrilled with our experience with Leitichia and her husband Danny. They answered or request promptly and were in route to my house with in half an hour of contact. They took the sweet rescue pup from Tupelo MS to his new forever home in San Diego CA. He had the comfort of their entire back seat with blankets and padding making a wonderful dog bed. The team made good time with plenty of stops to walk a go potty and a night in a pet friendly hotel. The stayed in communication the entire time with text updates, pictures, videos and GPS tracking with their exact location and speed. It could not have been a less stressful trip for the pup and his people. The bonus was that it was a private trip at a similar cost to the shippers that take multiple animals and multiple drop off stops. I would absolutely use them again. 👍👍
