Brian did a great job, quick and safe Transported my 50 lb Aussie/Lab mix from Denver to PIttsburgh, PA. I got a great price since he had to be in Colorado anyway, and lives on the route from Denver to PIttsburgh. He sent pictures and updates along the way and was available to respond to my questions along the way. Quick to respond to text messsages and messages on Citizen Shipper. I had some quotes from shippers who were twice as much (over $1,500), Brian was $750. It pays to shop around. The only comment I would make is that the car smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. It didn't seem to bother my dog, but I wouldn't want to ride 1,500 miles in a car that smelled like that. But otherwise great service at a great price.

From the minute I first reached out to BG’s the process was seamless. Communications were timely and I felt settled about the upcoming journey weeks before it actually happened. On the day our dog was scheduled to leave Denise came in and sat with us, giving our dog time to acquaint himself with her. He was so comfortable with her he got right in the car and settled down for a long three day trip. Denise kept us updated continually through the trip and arrived much earlier than we had expected. Neiche is almost 14 years old and although he is healthy we still worry about new adventurers and how he might react. He did awesome with Denise and came home to us his same old happy self. Sadly I have to agree with the last person that left a review. I repeatedly asked to make sure before booking that Jasmine could meet my timeline to have my bikes dropped off by April 28. Instead I got my bike May 1 and with damage on 2 of them. I had prepaid for a race and hotel rooms etc so I had to make sure I would have them in time and was assured over and over it would be no problem. One bike had just a broken clutch lever and the grip was ripped and the other had a scratches in the powder coated frame, broken throttle cable on the carb and I just found out the carb itself was damaged when I was taking the bike apart to fix the frame. I heard excuse after excuse and lie after lie about when I would have my bikes. Horrible experience

Chris is awesome with the animals and it’s obvious he takes it seriously. I appreciate his dedication to keeping them safe. My only suggestion is that possibly getting time frames a little more in line. I understand it’s not easy with a van full of animals but when a time frame is given it needs to be close. Most of us have to plan on being around and that means taking time from work, school or other commitments. I still highly recommend him and feel comfortable with the care he gives the animals. Yes, I would use him again!

Where can I begin? I had to completely relocate my life/world from somewhere I had lived for 35 years of my life. But it had to be done. Sell a house? Sure no problem. Arrange movers? Piece of cake. Get my 3 cats from Texas to Las Vegas, not so easy. My cats are my family. They have been with us through so much. So, I googled and read into many pet relocation companies. They had to be driven and not flown, as one of them, well she is a tad overweight and the Vet said no. So I started getting quotes from Citizenshipper. I received many quotes, but this one from Artemis Ark Transport caught my eye. First, the word Ark in the name made me think of Noah's Ark, safely brought all those people and animals thru the flood. But, could these people transport 3 very different cats? And all three cats being female. I chose them and thank God for Shawn. She was gentle in helping crate each cat in separate crates. (So sorry Allie got a little wild). I literally dropped to my knees when they left my home. I had never done anything like this before. Well....she text every few hours, sent pictures of my babies all along the way. She let me know when she was approaching Vegas, and when they were in the hands of my hubby. If I had to move ANYWHERE in the US, I would contact them and only them. Thank you Shawn for all that you did. So sorry I am just posting this review. But it has been an adjustment. Thank you for everything. All 3 of my babies actually seem to have a better personality than before. Thank you!!!

To be completely honest, I was afraid to use a complete stranger to transport my friend's cat from North Carolina to Maryland. Paws and claws was great to work with!! My husband and I purchased a 9 week old Min Pin puppy who was barely one pound from PA (we live in AL)!! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were not going to be able to make the 26 hours round trip to pick up our new addition. After looking at all our options, we chose to have her delivered to us which was an entirely new concept for us and the puppy’s owner. There were some kinks on the part of my husband and I as well as the puppy’s owner, however the owners and driver for Paws and Claws were SUPER understanding and worked so well with us!!
