I have used Citizen Shipper at least 5 times, and I have had an array of experiences. Some good, most less than good, and now one experience that was EXCELLENT! Thanks to The service Ray and Lisa provided from first contact. That being said, I have learned a lot about how to make a selection when it comes to transporting something very important to you. I’m going to save you the extra grief of learning tough lessons firsthand and at the same time, I will tell you what sets this dynamic duo apart from the rest. #1. Don’t ever select a transport person who requires that all fees be paid upfront. I have done that twice and it doesn’t go well. First time I booked, I paid everything in advance. Then my transporter ghosted me. For 3 weeksI I was finally able To get my money refunded After threatening him with legal action. Second time, my the Transporter was awesome until I sent my full payment. And then, I hear very little from him. He was unsure if he would be making the pick-up on the 9th or 10. On the 7th I asked which day, he still didn’t know. On the 8th I asked again and got a one word answer (10th). On the 10th, I asked what time he would pickup and if Delivery would be that day or the following as it was an 11 hour drive total. He responded that Delivery would not be until the 13th. WHAT?!?! He curtly responded that he “had other pets to deliver as well.” So basically my puppy was going to sit in a vehicle for 3 days, travelling out of his route for other animals to be delivered. It’s called stacking. Not my pup, no thank you Speedy Pup Transport. He said if i wanted a solo or VIP service, it would cost double. I asked for a refund and we could part ways. He said it would be issues within a few days and if it wasn’t to take it up with square. WOW! Lisa and Ray ask for payment on delivery. And that. Is assurance that you will be happy with their service. Secondly, they don’t stack animals. When you book them, they transport only your animal. They don’t require more for that’s service, it’s provided every time. That meant a lot to me. #2. Updates and communication are essential. Being that it was the 3rd time I was attempting to have puppy brought to me, I was leery. Lisa and Ray happily provided other reviews from previous customers and even offered breeder referrals. That put my mind at ease. They communicated with me every step of the way with not only me but with breeder. They provided GPS from the moment of pickup, sent me pictures and regular updates. I never once had to ask what was going on. I can’t tell you how much worry this eliminated. #3. Book with someone who you feel will actually care not only for but ABOUT your animal. The first time I booked with someone who delivered my puppy,, he got to my house and asked for tylenol for his headache because the puppy whined much of the way. Well, no shit, it is the first time he has left his family and he has never been in a car!. That puppy who weighs at least 85 lbs today, has not been in a car since. He was completely traumatised by his experience. When my puppies arrived with Ray and Lisa, they were so.calm and content. This made for such a smooth transition for us all

Overall a great experience. When I was told last minute my puppy couldn't fly direct to me due to heat, I was scrambling to find another way to get her to me 19 hours away. It is hard to put into words just how stressful it is to place our beloved furry friends in a crate in a stranger's care. Thank goodness Carrie is no stranger to animals. She is so warm from the first hello. My wolf dog was no easy task to transport. She is very shy. Carrie was able to bond with her and help her feel comfortable in a very short period of time. I think her way of transporting several animals at once in very comfortable conditions helps all the animals feel not alone and somehow in-it-together. She stops frequently and walks plenty and I feel that she is a great choice for your pet transport needs. I will certainly be using her again, directly! Thank so much 2Fast 2Furriest Transport!

Paw some pet transport is fantastic, very easy to work with, arrangements and pick up were seamless. I have a mini Australian Shepard who is afraid of new people and skittish, Zach took the time to get to know him and make him comfortable before they got on the road. They gave me updates from the road on how he was doing, and then took the time when dropping him off, to get him comfortable with his trainer. The rate was very reasonalble. I had to relocate my mother’s cat from Maryland to my home in Nevada. I was pretty stressed about making the arrangements from across the country, but Shonda made it as simple as possible. We did a zoom call to meet before the departure day which helped my mom feel good about sending her cat to me. During the transport, we could see where she was and we were also given updates on the cat. Zoe arrived quickly and although she was definitely scared, she looked well cared for during the transport. Overall, I am very pleased with Shonda’s service and I would definitely use her again if needed. Worth the money for sure!

Jonathan and All Pet Express LLC. were amazing!! He got my pup, Murphy from Colorado to Massachusetts exactly in the timeframe quoted, and took great care of Murph along the way. Every day I woke up to pictures and videos along with updates of their trip and progress. Jonathan even brought Murph to his first dog beach! I can really tell that Jonathan loves animals and cares about each of his customers and every trip that he makes. He was able to work with my timeline and dealt with my unique situation very professionally, as well as maintaining a human relationship throughout the process. Cali did everything that was necessary to bring our puppy to us. She maintained constant contact with us and answered every question we had. Cali picked up our Jack Russell puppy from the breeder and brought her on a plane in the cabin. Everything worked out perfect for us. If anybody needs a transport Nanny, Cali is highly recommended. She fed, watered, and took the puppy out for potty walks. No problems with the delivery except for a plane delay which probably helped in the long run. The puppy was transported from PA. to Las Vegas. We met at the airport, but Cali would have brought her to our home. I cannot say enough how well Cali worked out this transport. I would definitely use her services again if ever needed. Her fee was worth the price to know that our new puppy was safe and taken care of during the travel. Bless you Cali and thank you very much.
