WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!!! You will regret it. 0 of 5 STARS ! If you value your time, money or possessions do not make a deal w/ "Jasmine". She made a deal with me, but then complained so much about Fuel costs and every day how she was losing money on our deal, so she was given EXTRA $450 to compensate. This person then failed to ever deliver my bike to me. She never even came to Idaho. I drove 12 hours round trip to Utah to pick it up at a business where she left it. She refused to give me that fuel money back or that she should pay to repair the damages she did during transport. She damaged it in multiple places. She is the OPPOSITE of a motorcycle transport expert, and quite simply a dishonest human. Her pics show my bike was moved in someone else's driveway after being picked up, and she admits to riding, yes RIDING my bike. This is 100% true, I have pictures and text messages to prove everything. She was full of excuses and all over the place. I wish I had never dealt with her and she completely screwed me over.

Julie was great! She handled our very large, headstrong Central Asian Shepherd with ease. He was delivered healthy and happy. Her knowledge of animal science was helpful and apparent. We had some trouble in the beginning with PayPal redtape but she was patient and laid back about that little hiccup and we got it worked out just fine. She even drove through a thunder storm to get him to us. We are extremely happy with our experience with Julie! She gets the job done without faltering and she does it well. Highly recommend her!

BE AWARE OF EXTREMELY LONG DRIVING ROUTES WITH THIS PROVIDER. Kara was supposed to drive our dog from Ohio to Florida. She disclosed the day before pick-up that she planned to drive our dog from Ohio to Massachusetts and then down to Florida for a total of 30 hours of driving (not including stops) across 2 days. Route from Ohio to Florida ~12 hours. We canceled for the well being of our dog. Not only is Kara keeping the animals on the road 3x longer, this extreme driving also disrupts other drivers trying to select transports based on nearby drop offs.

This was my first time using a pet shipping company and this was a great experience. I was wanting to buy a puppy on the other side of Florida but was unable to travel that far to verify and pick up the puppy. AOTG-RPM is an uncle and nephew duo that worked together to get the puppy to me. Bid was very reasonable and one of the highest reviews and delivery rates. We video chatted on WhatsApp to verify the puppy was the one I wanted prior to sending any money to the breeder. I communicated initially with the uncle via multiple phone calls and messages to verify validity of sale. He is very experienced and easy to communicate with. Once the nephew picked up the puppy he shared his GPS location with me, drove through the night to deliver the puppy promptly and provided video updates in addition to the GPS location. This was such a new and nerve racking experience buying a puppy without picking it up in person and AOTG-RPM did everything I asked for verification of delivery. Very professional, easy to communicate and work with, took very good care of the puppy with multiple bathroom breaks. I would use their services again.

This lady is pure gold. My dog has bad separation anxiety and wined for most of the days. She was able to remain calm through it all and still got him there on time, even a little early. She is a gem of a woman and I would never hesitate to use her again in the future for any pet transportation I need to do. I went into the experience of shipping my dog with some nervousness and not fully trusting anyone, but as soon as I met her I felt at ease that she had my dog with her. Rodney stopped communicating and cancelled on me day of pick-up, leaving my animals stranded. He says he will not refund my 50% deposit until "30-45 days" later, so not only has he left me in a terrible situation, but he is keeping the money for a service he didn't provide. I have to pay another shipper for last-minute arrangements and board my animals at an extra expense. I am dubious about getting any money returned from Rodney. This was an awful experience, and I feed completely duped. Be wary, and do NOT pay with CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo.
