I was very satisfied with the way my pet was treated to my knowledge and the pictures sent throughout travel. I rated a one because the timing was way longer then I was told a day shy of double, then the driver told me I was in the wrong for asking for a reduce in price for this and went on to pretty much tell me I clearly have enough money to pay and then laid his life problems out for me telling me I was in better position then him and since my dog came from a breeder that means I have enough money very very unprofessional and confrontational

Barbara did a phenomenal job transporting my pup across the country. I really appreciated how detailed she was in sharing her route, my pups behavior (eating/drinking/walking/socializing), and any interesting things she found along the way. My dog is typically anxious but was SO relaxed with her because she has such a sweet spirit and warm heart. I was very very glad that I chose her to relocate my dog.

Charlie was absolutely wonderful! We couldn't be happier with choosing him to transport our dog from Reno, NV to Houston, TX. He was cheerful, courteous, and kept us updated on our dog's progress with daily photos and videos throughout the trip. This really helped alleviate our fears and anxiety about the trip. He always answered our texts promptly and made sure to take breaks to let the dogs stretch their legs and run around in dog parks along the ride. Okay, I was brand new to shipping a pet. When you spend thousands of dollars on a pet you want it safe and comfortable, with this team you will get that. This was nothing short of fantastic, we received texts every few hours with updates and pictures of their trip that was over 1500 miles. Kara was great with the time frames given and gave realistic expectations of when we could expect updates and the arrival of our new dog. Her rates were very fair compared to some of the bids I received, and even though I was very skeptical of this type of thing she proved to me why she receives 5 stars ⭐️ on all her ratings. I just want to Thank Gypsies Fur Pals Express from the bottom of my heart! We hired Kara to transport our Husky from Brighton Michigan all the way to Valencia California (that’s a long way!). She picked her up on a Tuesday and got her there by Friday,just as she said she would. She kept us informed many times during each day and complete with pictures of her having fun. Having to move coast to coast and not wanting to put our pet on the plane cargo, we were looking for a service that would make us feel comfortable. Anton and Sergie did a great job transporting Chelsea on time. Anton made sure to send regular updates and we were able to track them via Gps the whole time as well. Sergie even made sure to give her food and medicine as well as stopping every 3 hours as requested pe the instructions. My mustang is home!! Thanks to Dorrie and her team, I have been reunited with my first car. Dorrie offered a competitive quote from the start. They were very careful loading her up on the truck, sent me pictures along the way, and made sure no one touched my baby. Scheduling was the most difficult part but keep in mind; they have to schedule in other drop offs/pick ups along their route, handle bad weather, and of course they need sleep. If you find yourself reading Barry's reviews wondering if you should go with him or someone else - Read this review - I live IN & my new persian kitten was in Louisiana. I couldn't make the full trip myself so I turned to citizen shipper. I found myself speaking with Barry and decided he would be a good fit, we ironed out details & booked. I was driving 7 hours to IL to make the trip a little easier. We had a couple hiccups with needing a health certificate & not being able to get one on short notice. Barry did not cancel on me, instead he went the extra mile & took my baby to a vet to get her checked out & then drove across town for the actual certificate. He took the extra time, spent his own money to make sure he could get her to me, and he kept me updated every step of the way. He sent me videos & updates at every stop, he kept me updated how many hours & his arrival time, I was able to see his location in real time, and he gave my new kitten the love, care, and attention I would have given her myself. This man was beyond amazing & completely exceeded my expectations. He will love your baby like s/he is his own. This is the "shipper" you want to pick, you won't regret it.
