Although Calico Ponies got our dog safely to our doorstep we had some tense hours of no communication for which I understand she does not talk on her phone while driving, which is commendable, yet she wrote me that she stops every 2 hours for for 1 hour to allow the dog activity, food and potty breaks. No updates nor photos were ever sent in the 36 hours she was on the road. My text messages went unanswered for several hours and many times I asked what her location was. Never once did she respond to my query. I had no idea where my dog was or when I would be seeing her. Perhaps this transporter is a wonderful person and has her heart in the right place with caring for animals, but she really needs to make a strong effort of reassuring her clients through better communication. Although I wish Doshia the very best, I can only rate this experience as a 2.

Are you kidding? BRANDON is the Man! Not only was he the best bid. He saved our skin! I am a novice when it comes to towing a boat so when we decided to move ours from Atlanta to Gulf Shores Alabama I decided to have someone do it. Brandon first noted the boat was not high enough to be totally secure on the trailer. We pulled it down to the boat launch and repositioned it. The trailer I had was brand new in 2018 and lightly used. I had no idea that trailer tires for long haul should be replaced every few years. Brandon had a flat tire less than an hour from getting started. Glad I had bought a spare. He was behind us and sent us the text and then changed the tire on the side of the express way. Two hours in he blew two more! NOW he had to call roadside and get all four tires changed. This took a lot of time. He even paid for it. This put him behind schedule and got him close to Gulf Shores late at night. He delivered the boat in the AM and and I paid him back for his expenses Worth every penny and more! He even stopped at the Gas station so I could fill the boat up a bit more cheaply. Brandon was never upset and so calm thru the entire process. A real Gentleman and lifesaver. If you need something moved you are in GREAT hands Here. I can't say thank you enough. I would give him 10 stars

Overall Matt was great guy but the service was dissappointing. I bought a dog out of Colorado and had the seller deliver as far as West Virginia, then had Matt pick up the dog and deliver PA. He told me the nite before tht he was close to the other party and wuld meet them in the morning when they headed out for CO. He told me he was in KY, which was west of WV but the next morning when i checked in here he ran several hours north to Ohio and then had to run south again to pickup my dog in VA before heading north to PA! All after he said he would meet my people in the morning. The folks from CO ended up hving to get an extra motel cuz he didnt pick up the dog till 2:30 in the afternoon and dropped her off after 9:30 PM when he could have been there by noon or shortly after. He obvously didnt plan well when planning his trip cuz he even asked me how many hours he wuld have from WV to PA when he was headed down from Ohio. i thought u wuld do tht when planning ur trip and giving a quote! Like i said, Matt was a great guy, but the service was poor. I wuld hesitate to use his service again, at least if its time sensitive.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. Total lack of honest communication resulted in a horrendous waste of time and money. This is not the first time I have used citizenshipper to ship a puppy. This will also not be the last as they have already refunded my booking fee and are assisting me to find another shipper. In short, Tiffany agreed to pick up a puppy on a certain date and location. She later came back to ask us to meet two days earlier. We compromised and agreed to meet a day earlier, even though it meant an extra 6 hr trip for us and we had to shuffle our already full schedule. That was at 8am then, at 4am the next morning she texted me she would be late and could I meet her in the afternoon? I rearranged our schedule once again. She then said she was again going to be delayed. again after my husband had already left to meet her. She communicated that she knew where she was going but instead of going to Fort Collins she went to Colorado Springs. (Over 2 hrs away from where she thought she was going?!?!!!) We sent her a pin on a map to the location. I asked her where she was in order to assist her. She said she was on the way. I tried to accommodate her time frame as I had a client flying into Ft. Lauderdale on a specific date to pick up the puppy. Even more amazingly, after she figured ut she had missed the pickup point by well over a hundred miles she then told us her plan was to first go to Illinois to drop one dog, then to Texas to drop another, then finally to Florida to drop our puppy? Total lack of transparency regarding what would actually happen while our puppy was in her care. Wowza! I would not trust this person to deliver my trash to the curb! She did not communicate clearly, obfuscated issues that did not pertain to the pick up and was befuddled as to why we were angry. We asked for our first half back. She refused because she had to drive out of her way. This, despite the fact that she went the wrong direction in the first place! If she had stuck to the original pick up date and city, likely none of this would have occurred, but we would not have known she intended to drive our puppy back and forth across the country. Again, unbelievable! She then got snippy and said it was normal for a dog to take up to 2 weeks to get from point A to point B. This has never been our understanding, and I'm fairly certain would come as a surprise to Citizen Shipper. All I can say is WOW. Honest communication is the key to success in any business. My recommendation? Get someone else and avoid the lack of professionalism we experienced.

Dog gone it! Rocked it. My family was repatriating from overseas, and we had a very complex process getting our dogs on flights. So timing and flexibility were everything. Dog gone it! happily adjusted their schedule, even pushing up their availability when the flights got pushed up by 3 weeks, and meeting us at the airport to pick up. On top of this, our dogs are rescues and carry trauma, so are very shy/skittish. It was clear the dogs had warmed up to them during the transit from the SFO to the midwest and we couldn't be happier how our family reunited at our new home. Would definitely recommend to transport your furry family!
