We were so lucky to have crossed paths with Kristi. Our transport cancelled last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Kristi just happened to be near our pick up area and driving a similar route. She swooped in and saved the day. Kristi picked up 2 Old English Bulldogge puppies in Illinois, added a stop in PA for one and brought the other to me in MA. She was super accommodating and had great communication the entire time. She kept us updated and sent pics during the trip. Our puppies arrived safely and well taken care of. I will 100% use Kristi for any future transport needs I may have in the future.

They transported Bailey from Southern California to Virginia. They kept me updated daily with location and Bailey's well-being. They went above and beyond, even doubling back when they realized Bailey's medicine was left in the car. They made Bailey feel comfortable and were so sweet to her, which made me feel less fear about entrusting Bailey to them. Bailey arrived on time, she was clean, and in very good spirits. I honestly have no words of how perfect they are. They are the MOST friendly people I’ve ever met and truly LOVE what they do and LOVE animals. They picked up my two golden retrievers from NJ and brought them down to Southern Florida within 36 hours and had an Orlando airoort drop off in the afternoon. They knew how excited I was to get my dogs back so they drove 3.5 hours south of Orlando then back to Orlando - SO NICE of them! I 1000000% recommend!!

Our pet was picked up on Monday night To be transported from Chesterfield Va to Las Vegas. We thought he would be there Wednesday afternoon or evening Then we thought he would be there Thursday but he didn't get there until Friday afternoon. The drive say he went pee in his creat. He has never went pee inside or in his creat in 10 years. I ask the drive to keep us posted on every step but only hear from her like 3 times until the day to drop off and to pay We think there should have been more communication each day to let us know how our pet was doing.
