Amazing service by animal lovers, 5/5 would rebook and recommend! Yume had a great time roadtripping from North Carolina to California with Anthony and Donte. Before the trip, Anthony was very thorough with the travel plan and made sure to take notes of what Yume needed -- even coordinating her specific feeding schedule to their break. During the trip, he kept us updated every 4 hours with videos and photos of our pup. We can see that Anthony and Donte gave Yume plenty of time to eat and walk around. They also stopped at dog parks along the way and played with her, which was a nice bonus. Since they took turn driving, they arrived a day earlier than expected. Even if something had come up, we're confident that they would have communicated it. The perfect 5 stars rating is so well deserved, and we can't thank them enough. I must admit though, I was pretty upset when she arrived to pick them up in her honda pilot with her two large dogs, she did not tell us about the dogs. If I had known that she were bringing her dogs I would not have booked her. The cat's carriers were stacked on top of eachother in the back and one of my cats could not see anything. I understand that she probably brings her dogs with her everywhere, but that should be disclosed to the client.

We were told the pick up window is 1/3-1/7 and when no one showed up to pick up the vehicles we called and were told the window is actually 1/10-1/14. It is now 1/15 and we are still in position of our vehicles. Possible issue is a remote destination but the company had 2 weeks to discover this issue. Very disappointed with the service so far. We will review again if we can get back on track.
