I can’t say enough wonderful things about James!!! I was so nervous and he had great communication the entire trip. I really felt great about him transporting my puppy, I had constant GPS tracking he provided. I received frequent updates and photos. She had potty and walk breaks. It was very evident that he enjoys what he does and cared about my dog. She arrived happy and healthy and on time. 10/10 would recommend and use again in a heartbeat!!!

Shipment from Houston, TX to Stafford, TX
Cancelled on me last minute 2 times! Each of them for personal reasons but it is very unprofessional to commit on doing something and then last minute to cancel. I rescheduled the first time but they cancelled on me the second time as well. I have now wasted 2 weeks relying on them. The only reason I am giving two stars is that since they did not actually pickup my dog, I have no idea what their actual service is like.
OrangeJoyce is excellent! Great communication and knowledge! She went over and above to make sure my requests were handled- It was a pleasure working with her and will do so again!
Amazing service by animal lovers, 5/5 would rebook and recommend! Yume had a great time roadtripping from North Carolina to California with Anthony and Donte. Before the trip, Anthony was very thorough with the travel plan and made sure to take notes of what Yume needed -- even coordinating her specific feeding schedule to their break. During the trip, he kept us updated every 4 hours with videos and photos of our pup. We can see that Anthony and Donte gave Yume plenty of time to eat and walk around. They also stopped at dog parks along the way and played with her, which was a nice bonus. Since they took turn driving, they arrived a day earlier than expected. Even if something had come up, we're confident that they would have communicated it. The perfect 5 stars rating is so well deserved, and we can't thank them enough. We appreciate you, Anthony and Donte!

If I could give Prestigious Pups Pet Transportation 10 stars I would but 5 stars will have to do. I highly recommend this service. We selected the VIP service and this company exceeded our expectations on every level. JoJo and her team are all exceptional. We had our new fur baby (miniature schnauzer) picked up from the breeder in North Carolina and safely transported to our home in West Virginia. The level of communication was superb. The first intake call outlined the entire process. The price was extremely affordable.
We received pictures at the time of pick up and updates and pictures along the way. The VIP service is top notch and the way to go in my opinion. We received their signature onesie, beautiful bling collar, matching leash, pillow blanket, toys and treats in a lovely keepsake bag. SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! Brittani kept us up informed with pictures and GPS tracking. Most importantly our 4 cats arrived safely in New Jersey (from Florida). I must admit though, I was pretty upset when she arrived to pick them up in her honda pilot with her two large dogs, she did not tell us about the dogs. If I had known that she were bringing her dogs I would not have booked her. The cat's carriers were stacked on top of eachother in the back and one of my cats could not see anything. I understand that she probably brings her dogs with her everywhere, but that should be disclosed to the client.
Extremely satisfied. Nicest people. Would highly recommend them to everyone. My pets miss them already!

From the moment he picked up the dog he showed that he cared for animals and my dog took to him immediately. Tony sent pictures along the way with multiple updates and was able to answer any other questions I had. He was very punctual and arrived right on time. Tony was accommodating brining some extra bedding and toys with Carmelo as well. His prices are very reasonable and he will work with your budget. I could tell the dog enjoyed his ride and was in the best hands. I give him 5 stars!!
Very satisfied. Christine provided a quick and fair quote and answered questions swiftly and thoroughly. She provided 3-4 updates as she made her 6 hour drive with my new puppy. I made the right decision in hiring her and I would recommend her to anyone!
So, we booked with ADL Logistics in December for a planned auto transport in January 2022. We were told the pick up window is 1/3-1/7 and when no one showed up to pick up the vehicles we called and were told the window is actually 1/10-1/14. It is now 1/15 and we are still in position of our vehicles. Possible issue is a remote destination but the company had 2 weeks to discover this issue. Very disappointed with the service so far. We will review again if we can get back on track.
