TLDR: If I can give Michael 10000000 stars, I would, because you cannot do better than the service he will provide and at such a reasonable price. If you have a difficult pet, please read on about my story to reassure you of Michael's wizardry when it comes to handling dogs. There are not enough words to describe my deepest appreciation to Michael and his thoughtful care of my dog. Not only is the travel from CA to VA incredibly far, but Henny, a large 60lbs chow, is also one of the hardest dogs to handle, and this is his first time on such a long trip. With new people and situations, Henny becomes aggressive, to the point that a soft fabric muzzle that he can eat and drink normally from was kept on at all times. On the day of pick up, Henny almost bit Michael's fingers and definitely got some pieces of his pants. Having a dog this difficult teaches me one thing - for this type of travel across the country, it requires a person who is patient, a dog whisperer with extensive knowledge of how to professionally handle an aggressive dog and give them space to build trust, who has a true love for animals so they are not afraid to potentially put themselves in harm's way, and many many more qualities. And Michael checks all those boxes. Writing this feedback 3 hours after Henny is dropped off in just 4 days, I hope to share my honest story to help other pet parents who might be stressing out about relocating a difficult dog. Trust me, I was you just hours ago. And I feel incredibly blessed to have found Michael. I cannot recommend him enough for any travel plans you might have coming up. Whether your pet is easy or difficult, you can trust that he/she is in the best care possible. I especially appreciate Michael's frequent daily updates, from texts to photos to videos, easing my worries about Henny's muzzle, his limping leg due to arthritis and his initial aggressive behavior towards Michael. Although Henny managed to take his muzzle off 2 days into the trip, Michael was able to handle him with no problems and the both of them arrived safely, even taking the longer route down south rather than across the country to avoid the snowstorm and other safety hazards. Thank you Michael for bringing my Henny home in the New Year :)

We looked into a lot of other options, and all of them seemed pretty shady. However, we are so very lucky we connected with Emi to ship our new puppy! She is loving, caring, and gave us many, MANY helpful updates from the road. She was patient with my questions and obviously really cares about animals. Emi kept us updated the entire trip which was extremely important to us. The weather was horrendous (snow, wind, rain) the entire trip and she always made it a point to keep us informed and in the loop. She sent so many photos and it really put my heart at ease knowing our baby Bruce was in the right hands. For reference we have a 20 week old Dogo Argentino who weighs 50-60lbs and she was able to handle him and other pups along the way. Emo was very communicative prior to receiving the dogs and despite the weather being bad in her travels, met our timeline needs. She gave us very frequent picture and location updates, and our dogs obviously felt safe with her! We would definitely use her again for transporting our dogs! This was our first time transporting them without us and we were very nervous and she made us feel very safe about the process and was also very reasonably priced!
