I can’t say enough good things about Chance. He is a true animal lover and goes above and beyond to keep the pet comfortable and safe. Problems with communication and tracking from the start. Finally got tracking on the driver. We agreed to transport the puppy solo, but when she arrived there were multiple pups in cargo. Driver was nice and cordial, but I was not satisfied with the service, since we agreed and clarified that puppy would be solo. The trip took way longer than anticipated, but the weather was a big factor and the fact that the driver was making multiple drop offs. I really like the crew, but did not like the fact that our agreement was not honored.

First off let me say my dogs are not easy to transport, both have anxiety when riding in cars. Eric made me feel completely confident he was going to take really good care of them, and he did just that. He updated me with photos, videos and let me know when he crossed every state line. Also, he worked with me when my movers showed up two days late having to push back the dog transporting. My dogs were happy, healthy and excited when arriving to our new home. Does not return messages in a timely fashion. I sent multiple messages trying to confirm and coordinate our pet's transport. They were seen by the shipper but not answered for days. I communicated our dates up front and was told it was doable. Three weeks before our move I received a message out of the blue that they could pick up my pet in a day. Only after multiple messages asking about an itinerary. I was strung along and eventually told the dates I had initially communicated with them before booking with them do not work.

I’ll tell you why pretty early in the process I felt like Paul was going to be who I used regardless of cheaper bids. Initially, he messaged me for more details about the job to make sure he could meet my expectations. After I gave him the details of shipment he told me what he could take the job on for. Though not the cheapest it was a reasonable price. After reading his bio on Citizen Shipper I accepted his quote. We spoke on the phone and worked out a pickup/delivery time as well as payment terms. He arrived on time, inspected my bike, took pictures before he loaded and after it was secured in his trailer. The tie down process was very precise. I could see Paul is very experienced and has done this many times. He treated my bike like it was worth a million bucks. Throughout the whole process he was very responsive to messages and phone calls. My Moto Guzzi was delivered as promised, on time and in the same shape it was loaded. I was blown away by the service I received. This wasn’t just a guy with a truck. Paul was very professional and I felt that no one could’ve done a better job. I highly recommend Paul. You won’t regret it. I’ll use him again when it’s time to bring my favorite bike back home.

Best choice for my dogs. Was a bit scared with using a new service but Marisa and Riley were great with my dogs from introducing themselves to them to having them in a car for 20hrs. My dogs are very energetic and still young so I am very impressed with the way they were able to handle them and gain there trust. Taking into consideration that my dobermans don't like to be in the car and are both over 60lbs they made it seem so easy. Melissa and James were phenomenal to work with. My dad passed away earlier this year and my mom’s last bright spot in life was her 15 year old miniature dachshund they both loved so much. Very satisfied, needed my daughters dog picked up in Idaho and brought to Mississippi, I needed it done quickly, within a couple hours I was told they had a driver in Eastern Washington on their way south, pickup was arranged, and pickup done the following day at noon in Idaho. They were extremely reasonable on their price doing a VIP at half the cost of the other bids I got. They offered a Veterans discount so that just made my day. They delivered the dog within the time they said although they ran across extreme snow and ice. Words will not describe my gratitude to these people. My hat is off to them also because they do rescue transports. Would I use them again? What do you think?

I am very satisfied with Gina's transportation. She transported my 70lb lab mix from Arizona to Connecticut and for those who don't know that is just shy of 3000 miles!!! She transported my 2 year old pup in a timely, but most importantly safe manner! She went the extra mile and fed my pup chicken and rice with water in his food when he wouldn't eat due to anxiety that he develops during travel. She also brought him to a couple of dog parks along the way so he could stretch, get his energy out and have some time with other furry friends. Her sprinter van had more than enough space for my pup to spread out during travel.
