Pros: My dog arrived safe after a long cross country trip. That was the most important thing.The couple that transported him seemed to be very nice. They took longer than expected because they stayed at hotels rather than drive through, which was a positive as far as safety is concerned. They seemed to take very good care of our dog and for that we are grateful.I would give 5 stars except for a couple areas . Cons: The vehicle did not look too good. And it was packed full of stuff in the back seat so there was not enough room for his doggy bed. When they arrived they seemed in a big hurry and kept the motor running while he transported Auggy to the kennel in the back. Did not take time to acquaint with the dog or us. Not as many photos as we would have liked when on the road. As a result we did have 3 days of some anxiety as to whether the car might break down, etc. This was a concern because we paid more for this service so we would not have any anxiety. Finally, the young couple are very nice but they need a little work of their "customer contact". Take some time and get to know the dog and customer before you race off. All in all, our doggy arrived safe and sound to our son's house so we are satisfied.

They offered a extremely fair price and helped explain the process because I was extremely unfamiliar. Happy Tails was very clear and concise with planning and went above and beyond what was expected, offering great feedback and ideas to help make the transport better. I also had unexpected changes that came up last minute due to my field of work (paid fire) and they were well received and offered resolutions.
