Right from the start, I could tell Karine was the right person for the job. Karine communicated very effectively with both myself and my parents about the pickup of my dog as I had returned to school the week prior. Karine was very attentive and on top of every aspect of the job and defined what it meant to be a fantastic pet transporter and handler. I could tell that Karine truly cared about the welfare of my dog and I believe that she also enjoyed hanging out with her on the ride down to Texas! Karine was organized, arrived in a very timely manner and kept me updated the whole way with photos of my dog! It might be hard for some to pick the "right" person for the job as it can be stressful to trust a stranger with your pet, but I can say that with the utmost confidence that Karine will take care of anyones pet and make sure they are comfortable the whole ride! If I ever need someone to drive my dog again, there is no doubt that I will reach back out to Karine for assistance. Karine said that she believes that every transport was meant to be and I think that statement defines her friendly and caring character, and now after having Karine transport my pet I could not agree more with that statement!! My experience with JPR Transport was nothing short of amazing. Kristina cancelled on us a couple days before the shipment. She requested that we deliver the dogs to her an hour from our previously agreed pickup point and gave excuses about not having room for the dogs in her vehicle. The sizes of the dogs was clearly explained when we requested a shipper through the citizenshipper site. Kristina really let us down. I would not recommend her or trust her with our shipments in the future. She didn't follow through with our well understood agreement and started to ask us to do things for her before she finally backed out on us. We had already given her a deposit and clear instructions/addresses, etc. At least she paid back the deposit. Now we have to find another shipper. We could have taken care of this shipment by now.

James and his wife picked up a standing Glider for me in Lakeland and delivered it to Vero Beach. I’m paralyzed so this is a piece of equipment that is going to help me rehab. They were super nice people and did a fantastic job. They kept in touch throughout the delivery and got here in great time and even brought it in and help put it where I needed it. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needed something moved. They definitely know what they are doing. Remember folks the cheapest isn’t always the best choice. JoDee transported Annie, my mom's 11-year-old English Lab from California to NH. Annie has back leg problems, a sling for stairs and entry/exit vehicles, medications, and goes to the bathroom frequently. JoDee was so great with Annie. She was kind, stopping frequently to let Annie out, giving Annie lots of love, and she even gave Annie a leg massage at night. The pictures of Annie showed how relaxed and loved Annie was throughout the trip. The process was seamless - great experience. I highly recommend JoDee!

The driver seemed kind to my dog. It took a week for my dog to be delivered they said due to weather. I personally had a horrific experience with with owner so much do that I filed a complaint for harassment and threats made against me. I paid as agreed, she refunded the money without notification to me because she did not like how she was paid though I used a method she agreed to and the harassment, name calling and threats began. Zero professionalism. Was unbelievably upsetting. Would NEVER recommend Beth V or Citizen Shipper if you want professional pet transportation that doesn’t leave you with PTSD. It still is beyond upsetting to think about and Citizenshipper did nothing to help.

Friendly and effecient, and my dog made it safely to his desitation. I received picture and text updates. Good price compared to others as well. The driver kept him separated from the other passenger dog as per requested due to my dog's fear aggression. He did somehow apparently get into the other dog's food, and because of his allergies and sensitive stomach has given him very bad diarrhea, but that is my only complaint.
