Then 2 hours before the scheduled pickup they canceled the transport. I was scheduled to get on a plane to meet the dog in Alaska and had to scramble to get flight canceled. Very unprofessional. NO REFUND received yet for deposit of $1500. She seemed very nice but so far very unprofessional and has kept the money with constant promises to pay it back. This is theft at this point in time. BE WARE!

I’d give her a five star review for the care she and her husband gave my fur baby. She loves the dogs she transports. My doodle’s trip took longer than expected because they fought their way through snowstorms and and ended up with and auto break down in the middle of the Arizona desert that was beyond their control. Through an anxious few days they were in constant contact and keeping me informed about every attempt they were making to complete the trip. Having been through the spot where they were stopped, I knew exactly how remote the town was. They ended up expediting the last leg of the delivery by finding other transporters to complete the last 250 miles. They went above and beyond to get my pooch to me.

I would rate Omer a 50 or more on a scale of 1-10. He was right on time picking up. The space he provided our Rosie was beyond terrific - so comfortable for her. Omer provided pictures and updates all along the way with locations attached to the pictures so we could see their progress. He encountered some winter weather but prioritized safety over speed since there was precious cargo on board (including him and his brother) and yet he still made his drop off on time. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Omer and his service. He treated Rosie like a princess and he's just a wonderful human. My brother passed away suddenly. And his beloved 9-year-old kitty - Luna - was left behind in his apartment.
