This person is 100% a scam artist I booked for my puppy to be picked up almost 2 weeks ago for Jan 8 she insisted on being paid in full before pick I was wary but went head and paid that’s when the nightmare began on Jan 8 she called and said she had to lease a van but in the profile it says she owns a van …than on the 9th I got another excuse than on the 10th and the 11th and 12 her family has Covid-19 supposedly and she is not trying to send back my money….I repeat do not do busy with this woman!!!!! You will regret it now I have to find another shipper on top of the boarding fee I have to pay .. 100% scam scam scam scam

Worth every penny! Personalized onboard aircraft transportation! Brandi provided excellent communication, from the time we booked until she delivered our new puppy. Somehow she was able to pick him up in Michigan at 9:00 in the morning and bring us to him in Florida with only one day notice. She communicated with the breeder, sent pictures along the way and was super sweet. Use her if you are deciding on how to get your pet home.

Jack is a WONDERFUL dog transporter and dog sitter! We were very fortunate to have Jack transport our dog Sammy. Jack responded to our urgent request to transport Sammy from Miami to Boston after a driver we had arranged to pick up Sammy unfortunately did not show up and we we had a flight to catch in 2 days. Jack was very accommodating. In fact, the day we accepted his bid, he drove 4 hours south from near Orlando, FL to Miami to pick up Sammy, and proceed to travel to Boston, arriving to Boston in record speed! Jack is also very good with dogs and our Sammy immediately connected with him. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Jack to transport your pet!

Liberty battled snow, sub zero windchill and ice roads just to get here and they informed me every step of the way so I would not worry about my shipment, which was a crated motorcycle. Unloading went without incident even though getting a Harley down an icy ramp and into my garage was a challenge. We had to take an unexpected flight home, and had to leave our pup behind. I booked this shipper and was supposed to receive my dog in about 3 days but after 2 weeks I still did not have her. I sent a 400 dollar deposit but I did not receive my dog. I ended up hiring a different transporter after 2 weeks of trying to work with Crystals and Cream Dog services. My experience with them has been everything but crystal and cream it has been a disaster. He does not follow through, does not have good communication skills and is full of excuses. I would think twice if you are going to use him because he kept my 400 dollars and did not deliver my dog.

Having never travelled with or shipped a dog, I didn't know what to expect. Dynamic is getting started on this site but he was terrific and clearly knowledgeable about all things air transportation. He handled all the flight arrangements, paperwork for transporting my dog and sent pictures too! All I had to do was have someone meet Dynamic at the airport on the other end with my dog and then meet Dynamic with my dog at the airport on this end. My dog wasn't consigned to the cargo bay in a crate but rather, because she was well behaved, she was able to travel in the set next to him (and she is an Aussie)! I would not have known how to go about it without Dynamic's services! My deepest gratitude for assistance rescuing a dog and delivering her to her new home!

Our dog was just dropped off about 15 minutes ago. She was happy and so we’re we to see her after her cross country trip from California to North Carolina. Eric and Sabrina were excellent. Nala is a rescue and can be temperamental around new people. When they came to pick her up they didn’t rush but satin floor with her for about 45 minutes to get to know her. I muzzled Nala, and got Geri. The crate, which she doesn’t really like. They drove her and would send regular updates and pictures. They had location finder so we could follow Nala’s progress.. She arrived happy and excited to see us! I would recommend Garrisons transport highly!????

These wonderful people were fantastic with our dogs. They made friends super quick which is surprising since one of my dogs isn't quick to warm up to people. But she acted like she knew them forever! They were also quick to respond to questions and answered politely. They were also willing to work with me when I had trouble with scheduling and whatnot. Also, their vehicle was very well equipped for extended (and comfortable) animal transport. I highly recommend this transport service to anyone who wants the best for their furry children!
