Rick transported a black lab for me from Nebraska to California. I inherited the dog with the passing of my brother. He was placed in a couple of stressful situations prior to me taking possession. The dog was needy for attention and less than totally manageable. Rick took charge and successfully loaded him in the crate for transportation. Rick maintained contact all during transportation and arranged for a convenient delivery time at my home. I was amazed at the transformation of the dog. He picked up positive behavioral attributes from Rick along the way. I have raised bloodhounds for thirty years and have flown dogs more times than I care to count, fighting airport traffic, airline representatives and the general chaotic atmosphere of major airports that potentially stress dogs. If you need to transport your dog consider ground transportation. I highly recommend Rick and VIP Transport. The cost is well worth it for the peace of mind knowing your dog will arrive safe and sound, and possibly a little better off.

Anton and the team were amazing!! I asked to transport some of my kitten stuff and they did (I paid extra but it was 100% worth it!!!). They kept me updated, sent pictures and took a picture upon arrival as well. I was a crying mess tbh and it took some time to depart but Nicollet comforted me in the sweetest way!! Both Nicollet and her partner went above and beyond!! They were very patient and allowed me to say my goodbyes, they reassured me and they were kind enough to upload everything into the car. The car itself was amazing! Super clean, nothing was in the trunk (apart from the stuff I sent), well heated (its winter so thats great). Overall, this move was pretty stressful but Anton, Nicollet and her partner made this day 100% more easier. They are great at communicating as well and the best part was that I booked them less than 48 hours before my trip and they came through. I 100% recommend them, even the receiver of my kitten was happy with their service. My little guy arrived safe and sound and overall he even slept in the car (he usually does not do that), he was comfortable and I al grateful that they made him feel comfortable and safe. To the whole team: THANK YOU!! I SINCERELY APPRECIATE YOUR SERVICES!!! You literally made this day and the rest of the week stress free.

Was so weary of using a service like this but I was thorough in my search and ended up choosing Joyce as my shipper. She was very willing to take my new pup who appeared very scared and showed some aggression. Joyce was patient and waited for breeder to help her the dog moved to a kennel, which delayed her trip by a day. Overall was very efficient and made sure the dogs needs were meant for a comfortable ride. Only thing is I had to check in a few times and take initiative to see where they were, but always got a response. I would use her again to ship a dog. :)

She picked Thelma and Louise up on time and delivered them a full day ahead of schedule. She kept me informed throughout the trip how they were doing and where they were in the route. My major complaint was that I had asked that there be two cages - one for each cat. But that they be allowed in each other's cages for comfort every once in awhile. When they arrived, there was only one cage and my one cat was stressed and sitting in the litter box. So, they spent the entire trip in the same cage. I think the priority for the trip was speed more than the comfort of the cats - which I get. Out of my options, Jessica was one of the more inexpensive, which is all that I could afford. So, I get it. But I do think people should know. The cats have bounced back beautifully. They were not traumatized. They are fine. They are healthy and they are here with me. So, I'm grateful but I thought people should have clear expectations.

The only reason he gets two stars is because my cat made it from Savannah, GA to Philadelphia safely. However, my cat was covered in his own piss when he arrived, had some fleas on him when I gave him a bath, I received not a single photo or video update, GPS tracking was never even mentioned of offered even though his profile says it's an amenity and when I paid him the other half of our agreement he made a fuss because two dollars of it was in quarters. There is also a language barrier due to his incredibly thick russian accent but he will be rude to you if you ask him to repeat himself or attempt to understand. He also gave some serious judgement because he deemed my cats crate, which was approved by his vet for the travel, to be too small. Yes, Radik will transport your pet for a great price. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for and I would not recommend him for any kind of long distance travel. Thank you, Radik. It is nice to have my boy home safely but you could have done things much better.
