The people driving our dog from NJ to Denver CO were very nice. They loved our German Shepherd and took care of him. He seemed fine when he arrived at our son’s house in denver. However I emphasized multiple times that I wanted them to stay overnight in a hotel, I even offered to pay for it. It’s a 26 hour drive and I believe its dangerous to drive all that time at once with one driver especially in snowy conditions, plus my dog has pretty severe arthritis and must have been hurting not being able to get out and rest properly at night.

Exceptional. I highly recommend Zach for your pet transport. He truly cares for your pet's well-being and for the customer. I was purchasing a dog that I had not seen in person from a breeder (young couple) who just breed their first litter of AKC Golden Retrievers. Upon pick up Zach, based on his own high quality breeding experience, was able to look the dog over for me so that I was comfortable with the choice I made and complete the transaction. The new breeders weren't even familiar with the type of paperwork and warranty new owners are looking for when they purchase a dog. Zach was kind enough to also spend time with the new breeders and share his knowledge and best business practices with them. Zach used a GPS tracking system, so I could always see where he was on the route and he texted with us often. He even got our dog to us earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately, the breeders refused to provide any food for the puppy for the transport. Thankfully, Zach had a bag of dog food that he had picked up for his own dog but hadn't taken it out of the car yet and was able to provide food to our puppy on his journey home to us. I would reach out to Zach again for any transport I need and I highly recommend him. 10+/10

Josh fit us in at the last minute and drove our two cats from Florida to Nevada. It's clear that he truly cares about the animals he transports - he stopped regularly to give them breaks and pets, played music and used pheromones designed to calm them, and even stopped at a vet along the way when he noticed one of the cats seemed uncomfortable. He also kept in good touch with not only me (I'm overseas), but also directly with the friends he picked them up from and dropped them off to, throughout the trip. Definitely recommend!

I would give Chris, Leslie, Anthony and Riley a 1,000 stars ?. They made the process of transporting our dogs over a 1,000 miles so easy. The first message I received from them was genuine and I could tell that they really care about the safety, health, and happiness of our dogs including any animals they transport. I knew their priorities without even asking from the first message. I felt a sense of trust and respect for them, which I still feel now. I knew that Athena and Missy would be in the best care possible with them. I am so glad they reached out and helped us. I am so thankful for their service. Near August of last year, we found ourselves in a difficult situation. We had to move on short notice. We had been going from hotel to hotel for four months. It was really expensive with dogs. At the same time we had a lot of issues with mortgage people and realtors along the way until we finally found the best mortgage broker and just replaced our realtor. We lost out on a lot of houses in a range. Now, we are waiting for a house to hit the market so we can buy a house that we can call home. California discriminates against dog breeds labeling them as aggressive and renting a room with them was impossible. We made the difficult decision to transport them to family out of state. This was a last minute decision. I discovered citizenshipper and put in an order. Within five minutes I got numerous bids. A lot that were expensive and out of our budget. One of the first few messages I received was from the Zoom Zoom Zoo Crew. That first message I received made me feel at ease and I knew that the decision to go with them was a good one. I read all their reviews and asked them any questions I had. I let them know our situation, and they were so kind. I accepted their bid that night. They gave me a call the next day with the itinerary and even gave me updates when they were running late for pickup. Speaking with them was lovely. They are down to earth and genuinely good hearted people. I love that they put your pets safety and employees safety first. They were able to pick up my dogs in two days time from when I placed the order. They got them to their intended location in two days. They even let me change the delivery address last minute to one close by, which they didn't have to do. My fiance's mom, whose looking after them, just had the electrical problems fixed in her new home and was able to bring the dogs there rather instead of his aunt's, who lives nearby. That is amazing especially because my mother-in-law couldn't transport those dogs from Sacramento to Albuquerque or from his aunt's to hers because she injured both her shoulders last year, and the dogs can be too strong for her at times when they are together. She has to take them one at a time. They also gave me an ETA estimate and arrived earlier than expected on delivery. My mother in law and their sister, Daisy (shipoodle), were so elated to see them. They really missed them. Athena and Missy were well taken care of the whole trip. The Zoom Zoom Zoo Crew stay at pet friendly hotels so your dogs have a warm place to sleep and do not leave them in the car. They give them attention, love, and affection as if they are their own, stop in intervals to give them time to go potty, give them food and water, and they make sure that they are well taken care of and happy. Anthony and Riley were great transporting them. They really liked them and wagged their tail. That tells me a lot. My dogs let me know whether or not I should trust the person in front of me to be a good person. They are good people. I spent over an hour typing this review because there are no real words to explain just how phenomal they are in transporting our loved ones to their destination and ensuring their happiness, safety, and health along the way. Our dogs are our babies. I would die for my dogs. They're my family. I am truly grateful and honored that they offered me their service and at an affordable rate given the situation we were in. I wouldn't hire any other transport service because I found the perfect one. I definitely will use them to send our dogs back once we get a house. You will not regret doing business with them. They truly are remarkable and their business is solid. They provide a service for you that will exceed your expectation. It's not just getting from point A to point B. It's the journey there. Yes it's important to have an idea of when you will depart and arrive, but be patient and flexible in it because on the road anything can happe. Being safe and healthy is top priority for drivers and passengers. P.S. They delivered them early. ? Thank you so very much. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate and value your business. If you are looking for a caring pet transport, look no further...Rick is the man for the job. He transported my Cousin's cat from Iowa to California, and kept me informed the entire time. It was a difficult situation, because the cat was grieving because my Cousin passed away, but Rick made my new cat Domino feel so comfortable, he was able to sleep in the bed at the hotel and be let out of the carrier. When Domino was delivered to my home, he wanted to leave with Rick, which is a sign Rick was very loving to him. First off I would like to add that I posted my information really late at night and she reached out to me within 10 mins of the ad being posted with a reasonable rate knowing I had to have the pup picked up very last minute; and actually helped me through this website because it was my first time using it.
