This was my first time using citizenshipper to transport my Australian Shepherd and Daniel was very open about working with me to meet my needs and expectations. His communication was on point from start to finish. I received pictures/video updates of my Bella throughout the journey as well as GPS images so I could follow along. I have two rescue pups who can be a bit difficult, including one who is extremely timid. I chose Karey because she was local-ish to my original location and had experience working with rescues. She went out of her way to meet with my pups a few times prior to transporting them and also worked with me on pickup/drop off dates based on what I needed. She got my pups from SC to CA safe and sound and they even almost seemed reluctant to see her leave at the end! I believe Karey truly cares about the animals that she is transporting and would absolutely use her services again if I were to make another big move like this.

Michael and Debbie were fantastic!! We needed our puppy picked up from Ohio and brought to TN on Christmas Eve, all without our kids knowing. They kindly offered to make it even more magical for our kids, and delivered her to us on Christmas morning! It was an amazing experience, to say the least! Michael and Debbie were excellent at communicating all along the way, keeping us apprised of any information and changes. They also provided pictures of our new sweet pup. It can be such a scary thing to trust someone with your precious new family member, but I promise, Michael and Debbie are the real deal. They are trustworthy and responsible with the pets they transport. They made the process of getting our new puppy as stress-free as possible. They literally treated Kronos like their own and were extremely attentive at providing us updates with pictures throughout the journey. This was a long haul from California to Florida and they technically did it in just 5 days! Kronos was so peaceful and happy when he arrived and is settling in perfectly to his new digs. Only because I think y’all deserve an honest review, overall attitude and personality was great but he kept changing his route and times. Some due to another pick up which I wasn’t informed of till I called him. Some due to weather and a flat tire. He did take care of my baby girl, that I know of. It was hard in getting his location and pictures of my baby. Basically I didn’t get updates unless I asked or called him. If you aren’t in a hurry to get anything use him, but if time is important than choose someone else.

I do rescue work and went through numerous transporters and decided on Taylors Transports to transport a 6 month old German Shepherd puppy to my family in Massachusetts. I could not have been anymore happier. Anthony was amazing. He kept myself and Rachel my family updated on Apollo’s journey. Apollo had been shifted from several homes before his final home in Boston and Anthony worked with him to make him feel comfortable. I loved seeing all the pictures and videos of Apollo’s journey. Riley was exceptional. We had concerns about getting our luxury-quality bed frame shipped across the country without any hassles, considering it needed to be broken down properly (with no instruction manual), carried through a freight elevator, carried up stairs, and reassembled properly, all without damage. Since the bed had arrived with two movers when originally purchased I had my reservations that Riley could do it on his own, but trusting in the reviews I saw and his friendly, professional manner, we proceeded with his service. Throughout the process Riley was quick to respond to communication, asked questions ahead of time, gave prompt updates (even ones I didn't think to ask for and communicated potential schedule changes after unexpected vehicle issues) along the journey, and even helped with some unexpected needed manual work at the destination with patience, all with an exceedingly approachable, friendly, and comforting attitude. My mother (who was at the destination) called afterward, both appreciating that the move happened flawlessly with such a capable handler and with excitement at the possibilities of being able to move other large furniture without worry in the future. Riley is one of those rare people whose personableness (just had to look that word up) and competence made me happy to describe in my review the value I received that a mere 5/5 rating wouldn't impart. Would definitely hire him again, and would highly recommend to anyone who needs quality service with a smile.

A1 Kennel made it super easy for my husband and I during our big move from South Carolina to Texas! We got military orders last minute and sold both our cars. So we had flights reserved but then realized our pit bull, Sasuke, is restricted from flying due to his unique breed! Luckily we found A1 Kennel Transport to help us during our move and drove Sasuke to Texas for us :) Definitely a HUGE relief once he arrived safely home. We are very blessed to have had 2 great people watch and care for our Sasuke. GPS and constant communication was provided the whole 2 days! I don’t want this review to sound fake because it’s not. We found a blue lacy puppy through Facebook. The puppy was in Mississippi and we live in West Virginia. We had never had a puppy or dog shipped before. We didn’t know where to start and was nervous about doing it. With so many scams out in the world these days, Citizen shipper is a good service because it lets a few different people make you offers and gives you options. We decided to go with Justin with Pup Protectors Pet Transport. Using the GPS, live in time app, he suggested we were able to track our new puppy while in transit. Justin was able to work with the young couple’s schedule for pick up and get Blue Bird (BB) and bring her to her fur ever home in WV! So glad we had this experience, even though we were nervous to do it at first. Justin is the real deal and will make it happen for ya. I can recommend him totally.

He took great care of them, and did the drive quickly and safely. His vehicle is wonderful, and he slept in the car with them over night which made us very comfortable with such a long drive. He was even able to transport some medications that needed to be refrigerated for us. I would highly recommend Michael for pet transport!
