Kellie was amazing, caring and brought two dogs for me all the way from Virginia to Minnesota. She stopped enough times and rested them and when they came, the dogs were calm and happy. She kept communicating throughout the trip both with texts and with pictures. She only gave an estimated time of arrival when she was sure and came in that time frame. It was obvious my dogs were very comfortable with her. I would absolutely work with Kellie again and am very happy to recommend her! Thank you Kellie.

We highly recommend Billy! After our initial shipper was not able to make our shipping date, that left us with nobody to transport our new puppy with just a few days before she was to be picked up. Luckily we found Billy and he was able to fit us in on our schedule. During the trip from NY to FL, Billy consistently sent pictures and gave us updates along the way. It was clear that he was taking great care of our new pup and it was clear she loved Billy. He even started pad training her along the way. When he arrived to our home, he helped us with the surprise for our kids - they had no idea they were getting a puppy and Billy helped us keep the rouse even after he arrived. We were truly lucky to be able to have Billy transport our new puppy and if we decide to get another puppy in the future, Billy will be the first person we contact.

From the beginning of our journey trying to relocate our Australian Shepard, Duke, from Ephrata, PA to Anchorage, AK has been nothing short of a nightmare; with COVID-19 closing borders, airlines and crate size issues, weather, holidays....OY!!! I found Cruzn Canine Transport services on CitizenShipper.com. I reached out to 6 shippers and Cruzn Canine Transport were the most reasonably priced and had 5 star reviews. While most of their transports seem to have been ground, I found them very accommodating. We were finally able to ship Duke on January 8, 2021 using Alaska Air along with his escort, Ann, who was very kind. Duke was picked up in PA, driven to PHL Airport and escorted to STL and then on to AK. No fault from Canine Cruzn, but, it was a rough flight for Duke. He was stressed beyond belief. At the end of the day, he arrived alive and he is super happy to be with his "daddy". I would have liked to have had a bit more communication regarding late pick up and when he arrived at departing airport, loaded on aircraft and in flight. (only update I had was from layover in STL). If I had to do it all again, I would use Cruzn Canine Transport again. Thank you!!
