Jetpetz gave me the absolute best experience in bringing my two 8week Bernadoodles from Nashville to California! I was sooo nervous to trust perfect strangers that I never met with our fur babies! Cory was so relaxed and answered my every text and calls giving me such a calm confidence and assuring me how cared for they would be. Of course I read all their glowing reviews but still hard to be completely confident with people you don't know! So now let me tell you how over and beyond Matt was!! Originally we were supposed to have 2 "mannies" one for each pup but literally at the last second Ricardo called to say he wasn't feeling well!?! When Cory called me to tell me he started by saying everything is ok and we are on schedule..then he proceeded to tell me Matt would be meeting my breeder to get pups and flying alone! Well let me just say WOW and a huge shout out to Matt! Not only did he step up and take control but he was pleasant calm excited and dare I say adorable!! Matt treated our pups like his own children And when he walked up to us grinding from ear to ear with a carrier in each arm..my heart sank! Moose weighed in at 12lbs and Bernie at 9lbs. If you are looking for someone who will take care of your dog as his own, Osten's your guy. He was constantly attentive to my dog's behavior and he was very invested and making my dog feel comfortable and ut of the stress of flying solo and being in the car for so many hours! My daughter is married to a USMARINE. They moved to a military based housing in Jan, 2021, in California. They were unable to get the proper documentation submitted to the airline due to holidays, and covid cut backs on personnel. They left their 13 year old black lab with me. They were planning to fly back and pick him up, however the DOT stopped allowing any pets to travel in the cabin unless they can fit into a kennel under the seat. Tazz is 80 pounds, not an option. I hired Risa after several discussions. Tazz was 'chauffeured' to Twenty Nine Palms, CA by Risa from Cape Cod, MA. She stopped every 3 or 4 hours for a break and a walk. She kept me posted every step of the way, she sent me photos of their trip, she allowed me to "follow" them on GPS so that I could monitor their progress. Risa went above and beyond. She picked up and delivered Tazz on time, he was happy and well cared for and ecstatic to see his 'humans' once he arrived. The best part of the story is that my kids had no idea Tazz was coming, it was a surprise for them. I included Risa in the surprise so she could share in the joy. It was perfect in every way. Kind, Gentle, Caring and Professional and just a few ways to describe Risa. I would hire her again the next time I need help! Everything started out fine she was polite she kept in contact even arrived early I had notified her of the issue with my bank locking my card due to me moving and the bank 8 have hadn't processed the information yet and so they locked it for 24hrs and I told her that this woman then starts threaning me with she's going to press charges on me after I called my bank and showed her that her money was in the bank and she decided to wait until the morning at 7 am she was once again threatening me and the dogs this time she threatened to shoot me and even asked me to get in her truck and go with her then I said no she then left my house after sitting infront of it for 2hrs threatening me and just talking down to me so bad I went to get my phone to call the bank after they had opened and came back my wallet and her were gone I got a fraud alert on my phone and had the card shut down checked and asked my mother in law 8f she ha paid the woman turns out she had already been paid as I sent 100 dollars to my mother in law to aid 8n te payment I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE AS SHE IS STILL THREATNING ME and My dogs she's trying to say my dogs bit her and when she arrived I saw no bite marks anywhere at all and she never mentioned it to me at any point in the trip and she even admitted to falling asleep with their leashes and almost lost two of the puppies when they arrived the three puppies were in a pin without a bottom their paws kept getting stuck in the bottom and the other dogs were tied up and could barely lay down in the seat I DONT KNOW HOW THIS WOMAN IS EVEN A HORSE RESCUE BUSINESS ITS UNBELIEVABLE AND SHES STILL THREATNING ME SHES SENDING ME TEXTS MESSAGES AND JUST WILL NOT STOP HAREASINGCME WHAT A NIGHTMARE THIS HAS BEEN !!!! Jason was great! This was my first dog so I was super worried about having Her transported. But Jason made the process very simple. He communicated to me a week out just see how I was doing and to essentially build rapport so that I was comfortable with him. Then on the pickup day he kept me abreast of how far away he was from picking up my puppy. He also kept the location where the dog was being picked up from updated as well. In fact, he has text chain going with me and the pickup location as well as a separate message chain with just me and him. When he picked up my puppy he took a picture so that the temporary family would remember their time with Zoey and then he immediately let me know that he had picked up the puppy. He also sent me a picture of him holding the puppy so I would know who he was and that she comfortable. He shared his location with me so that I would know where he was and when he stayed in a pet friendly hotel he let me know the hotel he was staying in as well as the room that he was in. He took little Zoey out on several breaks for walks and to use the bathroom. He also loved on her throughout the trip and sent me pictures so that I would know that she was comfortable. He kept me updated on where he was and how far out he was and then when he arrived he took time to talk to me about the puppy and show me how to use the puppy’s kennel. Jason really was outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone needing transport services. He is great with animals but more importantly is that he is passionate about what he does. You can’t go wrong using Jason.

Christian & Jenn are amazing! Would recommend them 100%. They took my pup Finley from NC to CA, and then back. Two trips separated by about 6 weeks. They communicated really well on both legs of the journey. I got regular location updates and pics of Finley that made me confident she was doing well. And they must have treated her really well, because Finley was so excited to get into the car for the trip back to NC! Honestly, I was nervous going into this experience. It was the first time I had sent my dog on a trip without me. But Christian and Jenn are pros and clearly love the dogs they work with. We had them transport our four Great Danes and it was a last minute scheduling because our original drivers cancelled last minute. Everything went really well at first. I kept him updated the whole time as to how much longer till we get to our destination. He got there before us and I told him we were still two hours out. We had never told him what time we were going to be arriving at our destination. He was waiting for us to arrive. One of the dogs had an accident in his vehicle and he got upset and messaged me that “this is bullshit” he told me that I was lying and that I would have to meet him at a hotel for my dogs. I told him when I was 2 hours away, 40 mins away and 15 mins away. When he dropped of the dogs we weren’t handed them. They were just let loose out of his van with their leashes on. He also left us the mess from when the dog had had an accident and he also kept 3 of our dog bowls. Which we needed to feed our dogs that night.

Deanna and I agreed on a travel plan about a week before HUCKLEBERRY was ready to come home. We swapped info and I gave her the breeders info so that they could prepare for delivery. I then informed the breeder of her being our pet Nanny...and that she would be getting our new baby Huckleberry for us. Deann and I spoke (or texted) several times during that week. Huckleberry was 8 weeks old on 1/22 and had his final vet appt that day. We were so anxious to get Huckleberry in our arms... The Breeder had stated after vet appointment was complete (with 9 littermates). Deann still asked if she could get him that afternoon and the breeder agreed. We were so hoping that we could get him home by at least 1/26.. Her ability to adapt and understanding of our desires got him to us the afternoon of 1/23. That has given ALL of us time to bond with him... Before we begin our work/school routines. SHE heard our desires and made them reality. What a difference from most "service" related things lately. She made Huckleberry a god for the day or so he was with her. They set him up his own area in her vehicle so he had stuff around him he was used to. He was very skittish at first because he was pulled from the crowd by new people. She tended to him like a baby. Her trip for Huckleberry was a "one VIP" luxury service. She took pics regularly and had set it up so we could check into their progress via GPS anytime we wanted. We felt like we were there- except we were not yet able to hold him. Aaron (her co-driver) was amazing also. As I said HUCKLEBERRY was skittish, we have a picture of Aaron lying on the ground with our 8wk old baby at a rest stop so that huckleberry would feel more at ease. THANK YOU Aaron! What amazing care and service... Deann is a rescue pilot too- when a dog is in need She will rush to rescue it if possible. She was so helpful....she cares about her Very Important Puppies as if they are rare jewels of the world. Huckleberry is a rare jewel to us...and she was equally interested in his welfare. If you need to transport a valuable part of your pack....this is the lady to be the lead-dog. She gets it done with love and class. She brought Huckleberry's papers and explained all items to us. She even took a picture of our first moment together with him. I am SO HAPPY that we chose to ask her to bring Huckleberry home. Anyone can tout their own attributes...but I just saw that she loves, cares, takes pics, gps, gives regular breaks...its ALL really there. I can tell you this- if you are moving a pet...CONTACT HER... She is new (few referrences) but she is GREAT! I know we will look to her again when we need to move a pet. She's YOUR GAL if you want your furfamily member cared for.

I was always taught that if you didn’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything at all but I feel like others should be warned NOT to use this courier. Marlin was demanding, insulting and verbally abusive to another courier overseas. He forced full payment through Venmo and guaranteed to be available to transport with 24 hour notice, however, when date was finalized (there were some cancellations of flights) 5 days noticed, he refused services or to refund my money. Save yourself the hassle of having to deal with this guy. If he was a good person, he would do the right thing and refund my money but I won’t hold my breath. Negative star review

I am a Bouvier Breeder in Alaska and decided on this couple handle my transport from Atlanta to Jacksonville Florida. I have to say I was more then happy. I was taking puppies to California at the same time they were transporting this puppy and they kept me informed as well as my client every step of the way. It was a very long plane ride so the crate was a mess inside. They broke the crate down, cleaned it then put blankets inside for the puppy to ride on. I would recommend them to anyone for their puppy transport.

I cannot say enough nice things about Amanda and her mom! They kept me updated the entire trip and stayed and chit chatted with my husband and I after they dropped our little Dutchie off! If I could give them 30 stars I would!! I will definitely be using them again! Such nice caring people.

Bill was excellent from start to finish! He encountered issues with a dog we purchased that came to us sick and he handled her with love and care. She got back to her original owners safe and sound. Bill went through wrecks and bad weather on a 2 day trip but kept us posted every step of the way. We would only use Bill for future animal transport!

If I could rate these guys 100 stars I would do it. Cory was wonderful. Friendly , professional and kind. I could not have asked for a better nanny than Matt. They got our 8 week old whippet from Colorado to New Hampshire and they took excellent care of him. We had planned on going to get him in Colorado but couldn’t risk it with Covid. I was so stressed about how we were going to get our little guy home. Cory and Matt could not have done a better job. One of my character flaws is being overly picky , especially when it comes to anything concerning our pets. That being said , I would book again with them in a heartbeat ? They kept me updated each step and sent pictures to ease my mind.
