Communication lacks , was way over booked with animals in one vehicle, my puppy wasn’t walked for at least 18 hrs per lady that dropped off, had to ask for paperwork that was sent , transport girl was very confused on which dog went where , she tried to give me the wrong puppy. I am very satisfied with Pet Family Travels and highly recommend Osten to transport pets. He transported my 15 year old Westie, long distance from Los Angeles California to Oklahoma about 1400 miles. Every 2-3 hours he would send me multiple pictures of Maggie on her leash, eating or riding in car along with a written update. He was sensitive to Maggie's needs and willing to make special accomodations for her. He was observant enough to notice my dog needed help getting in and out of vehicle independently and was kind enough to help her. When he delivered my dog, my parents informed me that they were notified of her food intake as well as bowel movements, for people like us we adore our pets so this information we find important and appreciate Osten being observant of. Maggie was the only dog transported, l asked for Maggie to ride in the front seat, Osten had a dog seat belt attachment her harness and he also had an electric blanket for her. I have absolutely no complaints and I highly recommend.

JoDee was amazing to work with. This was our first time sending our precious Golden Retriever Rose and Shih-Tzu Olive via a service like this. JoDee was a pro and made it super easy for us. She was prompt and brought our dogs safely to our home more than two states away. She provided updates and pictures along the way. Interestingly, our dogs REALLY loved her. All I can say is: Wow! I am an active duty soldier in the United States Army and my husband was diagnosed with cancer right before I was scheduled to leave for training. He had to leave the state for his treatment and we needed to get our sweet pup from Florida to Maine VERY last minute. Melody is awesome. I mentioned to her we were apprehensive entrusting 2 dogs we love very much to a stranger, but once we met her, we knew they’d be in good hands for their journey across the country. Ron was truly a blessing to work with. He was great to talk with, set up a pick up time, and cooperative in every way. Ron even picked up our Minnie early. He sent pics of her throughout the 550 mile trip from AL to KY, and sent pics of the GPS so we would know where they were. When he arrived he was the most pleasant person to meet. Julie and her husband were so amazing, I now consider them friends! Their communication was excellent, which was important to me. I got pictures of my puppy throughout the journey, they were GPS accessible and Julie texted throughout the route to answer questions and put my mind at ease. These two really love animals. When they arrived to drop my puppy off, my puppy didn’t want to leave Julie! If that’s not a testament to how he was treated throughout the ride, I don’t know what it is. Not only would I recommend them to others but I would absolutely seek them out to use their service again if necessary. Oh, and did I mention I felt they were competitively priced? Not the cheapest and not the most expensive, and I did a ton of research before booking. Remember, you get what you pay for here. Our family considers our pets family members and our new puppy could not of been in better hands.

Leilani is wonderful. I'm so happy that we were able to find such a responsible, friendly, and helpful person to transport our baby so far! We needed someone to bring Scout to us from Minnesota to New Jersey and wow what a drive! Every time Scout asked, they stopped someplace to take a potty break, and Scout was fed and given water along the way. Leilani took care of Scout the way any parent would have. I’ve never used a service like this before, all I can say is that there’s still amazing people out there. We ran into some issues with construction and bridge closures and melody never once stopped or complained and made sure she still got the puppy. She was calling and texting to keep me up to date. She took really good care of my puppy and let the puppy sleep on her. She also stopped and let him use the potty as much as needed. If I ever need something like this again I will be sure to book her. Absolutely amazing person.

So happy with JETPETZ! They beat almost everyone else's prices, they are super responsive, can often pickup your pet within a day or two, and they got my cat to me safe, sound and happy. They were also the only company who didn't require veterinary paperwork to transport her. I was really nervous about this but I read a few reviews saying not to worry and they were right. JETPETZ is really knowledgeable about which airlines require paperwork for cats (some airlines don't if you're traveling with them in the cabin). This was key for me because I was stuck across the country due to COVID quarantines and I couldn't get back to her or get her paperwork. I know it's not the same for dogs but it was really easy for my cat. Corey was awesome & very responsive, and I'd 100% use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I can’t recommend these people at all. They are slow at getting your dog to the destination and always want more money along the way. What starts out as a $350 transport ends up being $1000 or more along the way. Always excuses why their transportation is behind. Don’t use!

While there is nothing wrong with that, I wanted to make sure my new baby Shih tzu got all the attention she needed on the long trip from Indiana to New Hampshire. Great at understanding the concern one has when handing over precious cargo they are sending with a total stranger. Invited me to look inside his vehicle which was very nice, clean & didnt smell like dogs even though there were several in the vehicle when I viewed it. Even in the middle of the night when I text to see how the trip was going he politely replied. Definitely will call Todd next time I have a transport need. Lindsay was great from the beginning to delivery. She literally drove through a snowstorm safely to get our baby Himalayan kitten from Maryland to Alabama a couple days before Christmas. Lindsay communicated with us throughout the whole trip from organizing with the breeder, throughout the complete drive, and plenty of time before delivery.
