Great service and took excellent care of my Sassy girl. Sassy is a 13 wk old std poodle who needed to travel almost 800 miles home. She arrived within 24 hrs as a super happy, bouncy, well loved puppy. She was fed in route, lots of potty stops and water breaks. I received plenty of updates and photos from Sassy's adventure with Paws and claws. Will use again and have already sent them a referal.

Please save yourself the money and headache of dealing with these people I had to call the police because she did not want to Hand over my dog even after payment was made. She tried to extort me for more money at drop off made me look bad in front of my client. This has been the Worst experience I’ve ever had. Thank god my client was able to get his dog he purchased in advance! She is very unprofessional and she also travels with two others she never mentions.

This pet transport service was beyond fabulous.You can tell they love what they are doing. They kept me informed the entire trip and sent me pictures of my fur baby along the way. They went a long way and had to stay overnight in a hotel because of a snow storm but I was not worried because I was informed all the way. My mind was at ease the whole time as they are very loving people who know let’s. Overall great experience and would highly recommend this team to transport your pet. Absolutely do not use this business! We booked for them to pick up our Rottweiler on the 24th at 7am, paying extra for the vip service so he would be brought from Illinois to Tennessee the same day. I called at about 7:30am asking if someone was close as woman proceeded to tell me that someone was coming tomorrow ( the 25th) i told her that’s not what we schedule. So she called me back telling me that her husband would pick the dog up ( he was coming from Michigan ) and meet the other driver Jacob halfway and Jacob would bring our dog the rest of the way to Tennessee. I agreed made accommodations for my mom to be at our home while we caught our flight to Tennessee. I gave them a few extra hours to give me an update on our dog but nothing. So i sent a text to only find out they took our dog to their home in Michigan ( something i did not authorize) The women then started to give me attitude because she said she was tired. As were we! I continued to ask for an eta on our dog but i got nothing. Now it’s the 25th and I’m still asking where our dog is because i have no tracking ( which is something they offer in their services). She went on telling me it’s Monday and i need to give her a minute. Afternoon comes around and still nothing, she then tells me she fired the driver who didn’t show for us ( not true because the driver was Jacob who is her son ). I then asked for an eta again and nothing. It’s now the evening and i have no pictures, no gps, and no eta. I explained that i was becoming worried and upset, no response so i called. ( Mind I had been calling all day with no answer ) So the woman answered with an attitude saying who is this , i explained and told her my feelings and concerns because my dog is on a meat diet and i didn’t pack him enough food for a multi day trip. She proceeds to yell at someone “ what did you feed that damn dog “ RUDE! Then i asked where my dog was ( i had finally received the gps that showed he was still in MICHIGAN ). She then lied to me and said he was in South Holland IL. I told her that wasn’t true and she then asked me do i ever shut my fucking mouth. Told me they are taking my dog back to our home ( where no one was ) and if no one was there to get him he was going to the pound ! Again we are in Tennessee at this point. She hangs up on me and then calls my mom , yelling and screaming at here saying i don’t shut up , they are dropping the dog off , they flew someone out to drive our dog , and our dog was in Michigan still ! Overall we finally got our dog back after 32 hours of craziness and had to ask our doggy daycare to take him in while we were gone! Extremely unprofessional and rude ! I am definitely taking all legal actions because they should not be in business.

On a whim, we decided to purchase a beautiful, very heavy, antique cupboard from a seller in Texas. She had quoted shipping at a specific rate, but when she went back to verify it came in a lot higher. I started my research and found Citizen Shipper. I put in a request and in a short period of time, Steven responded. His rate was fantastic, and he just happened to be in Texas so it worked out perfectly. I put him in touch with the seller, and she raved about his communication and the care taken with this piece. Steve was extremely thorough, and his communication was exemplary. He had initially anticipated delivery within a week, but made it here within 2 days. He let me know his plans and if any possible delays, he made sure to mention. He did not want to over promise and under-deliver. When he arrived, he helped us bring the behemoth into our home - he was superb! I found this site by accident because the plan to get our new puppy fell through. I was very skeptical given all the scams out there these days. Lucky for me I came acrossv Karen as an option. She was fairly new as a driver and I was a skeptical client. Karen made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions and accommodated any requests I had to make me more trusting and eased my mind. Karen's background with animals made me feel more comfortable about her desire to get our new pup to us safely and as comfortable as possible. Karen kept communication throughout the trip. Once she delivered our new pup I could tell she took very good care to keep his stress down through such a long ride. I'm a pretty good judge of character given my background and Karen is hands down s good hearted animal lover who will do her best to transport your pet in a comfortable and loving environment. She even remained interested in how our pup adjusted after coming home. That said a lot.

I did get my puppy but it took 10 days! And communication was difficult at best . I was often confused with other owners so misinformation was a problem. Communication is key in a situation like this.. the transportation people were nice but I would not choose this method again.. I could have flown there in six hours and for the same price and gotten her myself for all the anxiety it put me through.

If I could give 1,000 stars I would. This is the first time I was in need of a pet transport of my two babies and Cheyenne and her spouse were above and beyond my expectations. I am a deployed soldier and was extremely nervous of this process due to not being able to meet in person but I had nothing but the best communication throughout this entire process with Cheyenne. William done a fantastic job in transporting an English Mastiff puppy named Pistol to Wakeman Ohio and bringing another puppy named Anna from Wakeman back to Brookeland. He did a very good job in taking care of my precious cargo. I recommend him to do any of your transports and will definately be using him again in the future.
