Great first experience with CitizenShipper thanks to Kevin! We found ourselves in need of transporting our sons Golden Retriever ("Kai") from WA to CA and had never heard of CitizenShipper. We liked the idea of avoiding a stressful flight for Kai, so having someone drive him down was very appealing. But there is always that apprehension of handing over a family pet to someone you don't know. Kevin was terrific! He was quick to respond and communicate.
