HORRIBLE! Do not use them. I would give them ZERO stars if possible. They booked me and then failed to show over a two-day period, with NO word from the actual driver. They knew I was on an absolute deadline. I had to leave my motorcycle outside in NY in January because of ADL. The Company does not personally answer the phone. Only automated, then hold, then voicemail. No return of two calls to them. Had to go through my CC to get a refund for the deposit. Hope they go out of business.

OMG I can't give them enough praise. My Rocky was gotten from an SPCA at 5 years of age in Sept. They didn't think they would be able to adopt him out because of his aggression. With me he is a love bug. But he is an anxious little one and barks when strangers are around and he doesn't know what is going on. I told them that upfront but they were all positive. I was fearful. Rocky freaked out (seriously!) when they came to pick him up and I put him in the soft crate they had for him. That did not deter them. When they drove away I cried because of his angst. Like seriously cried. I was so afraid he would be aggressive to them. 20 minutes later I texted asking if he had calmed down. He had. A couple hours later, they sent me a picture of Rocky sitting on Gianina's lap watching out the window. Later more pictures of him being friendly with everyone. They sent videos and pictures all throughout their trip. They showed him being so happy! They were patient with me because I was flying down the day they were to arrive in Fl. They waited till I got to the house. When he got here he was all happy and they were all best friends! I highly recommend them. They are so personable and accommodating and if they can make my Rocky be comfortable, I am sure they can do the same with your furbabies. I'd give more stars if they would let me.

If you’re trying to decide whether or not to work with Amanda to get your pet home, DO IT. I cannot tell you how communicative, kind, and attentive she was throughout the entire process. She FaceTimed with us briefly so we could all confirm we were who we said we were, which really put us at ease. During transit, we got loads of pictures and videos, and she had a sanitized pop-up playpen and toys to keep our pup happy and aadw in the airport. Our buddy was a whiny passenger, so Amanda held her the entire flight (with permission from flight attendants!) to try and ease the stress. Our pup also had some slightly unusual stool while traveling, and Amanda had a picture and tons of details that she shared with us when we met her at the airport which was hugely helpful when checking in with our vet. We were so grateful to have someone with vet experience watching over our new family member. We seriously debated whether or not we felt like we could trust a puppy nanny we found online (kind of randomly!) and if it would be worth the $$$. Let me tell you, the comfort we had knowing our pup was in such capable, kind hands ended up being worth every. single. penny. If you get the opportunity to work with Amanda, don’t even hesitate.

Deb, the dog lady, picked up my 8 week old Husky Puppy in Missouri and drove her 505 miles to Arkansas in the same day, arriving about 9pm. Deb kept me informed and updated along the way. She confirmed at pick up that the Husky puppy I was bought was the right puppy, right sex, based on the picture and information I had provided her along with the correct AKC paper work which was most important to me. She even made pictures of the AKC papers, sex of puppy to confirm male or female. I had a question about AKC papers so she asked the breeder for me to confirm all documents were correct. Deb allowed me to choose a plastic kennel instead of the wire kennel for transportation and she secured it within her car too for safety. Deb isn't the cheapest driver however, I do feel she is fair with her pricing and she went the extra mile to transport my puppy safely to me. I was very concerned about using a driver to transport a puppy I had paid for and never seen and even thought what if I don't get the puppy? The best part was is Deb allowed me to pay her upon delivery which gave me peace of mind and she made a picture of her car and license plate for me at pick up from the breeder. Deb is very experienced with puppies and dogs and even does some rescues...back ground check too! I 100% recommend Deb the dog lady and would use her again to transport my furbaby!!

Joe was absolutely amazing with my dog, Tripper. This was the first time I ever hired such a service, and this trip across the country was a BIG DEAL for my delicate, mama's boy-of-a-dog. Joe was patient, kind, and became instant buddies with Tripper. He communicated several times per day, including pictures and videos, and gave a phone call here and there. His time schedule was spot on, even given unexpected snow storms and traffic. If I ever need such a service again, I wouldn't hire anyone besides Joe. A++/. Without question I would use Jason again. Having never used this service before, I had my reservations, but Jason did outstanding. I felt very updated on the status of the trip, how our new puppy was doing on the ride (Including pictures) and approximate arrival time. I know it was a long trip from Texas to North Carolina, but our new addition arrived on time and well cared for. All of this was extremely important because the puppy was a Christmas surprise for our children. When I put my request for service in, I received a lot of options, but beyond glad I picked Jason and would do it again in a heartbeat if the opportunity came along again.

Victoria and Sacora did not disappoint in any way. I work in the Sierra Nevada Mountains above Central California and my pup was in Georgia. They drove to the breeder, then flew out of ATL to LAX and drove straight to my door and all on the agreed upon schedule. They maintained excellent communication and sent pictures when possible. They brought everything the breeder sent with the pup and made the delivery without issue. I paid extra for the door to door shipment because of my work situation. I have never needed to transport a pet before so was thrilled to connect with Cheyenne. She seemed really sweet and I was comforted by her great reviews. I was flying across the country and had to leave a day before Cheyenne could pick the pup up so I set her up at a boarding facility for the night and put Cheyenne on as an authorized pickup. We had been in regular communication, I paid Cheyenne for the transport and we were on the same page when I got on my plane. Sometime overnight her trip was delayed due to an accident on the main road and she wouldn't be there at 10am like we had discussed. In fact, she was now cutting it close to the facility closing time. I said no problem and I should be able to set up a backup person to check the pup out and wait for her -- accidents happen! I then went to work and stepped into a meeting during which time she texted me to confirm again because her delay was growing according to her GPS and she was most certainly not going to make it in time. I didn't respond immediately because I was in a meeting (and because I assumed we were all set because I already told her I'd have a backup for her) and she gave a total of 10 minutes before simply refunding my money. I understand she had a tough drive and completely empathized but her cancelling last minute caused my dog to have to stay boarded for another week until I could secure another driver. Further, she notified citizenshipper and said that it was my fault which meant I could not get a refund. I'm currently appealing this with citizenshipper because that's completely unfair as I had to pay another fee for the subsequent driver, not to mention $250 in emergency boarding. I'm sure Cheyenne and her transport service are great but I'm very frustrated by how this was handled.
