From start to finish Alan and Ann were phenomenal. They kept us up to date on all things Cooper: from where they were to how he was behaving. They were willing to get his dog food for him and they cared for him so well. They also got him to us in record time. I would definitely recommend them to move your pet. If there were more than 5 stars that's what I would give Bryan. He drove from Michigan to Utah with ZERO sleep so he could get our puppy to us. He took videos and pictures every possible chance he got, he drove through crappy roads, worked around my schedule for our puppy's drop off, he kept us very well updated, sent my boyfriend and I both a link to watch his location so we could look any time we wanted, he kept in touch, was super super friendly, and VERY affordable. I booked a trip for my pup Jackson to go from Indiana to Texas. I moved due to divorce. I paid half of the 500.00 up front. My plans changed and my Father ended up flying in from Texas, and driving Jax and I back. I canceled the reservation. I was told I would be refunded, no problem. I waited a week to text her. She said she forgot and would do it right away. She said it could take 3 business days. I waited another week and offered my PayPal. She took that info. That was February 15th. I have yet to receive a refund. I would NOT recommend this service. I’m not even sure if they would have even showed up at all. Beyond disappointed.....

I want to start by saying that my dog got delivered safely but there were many complications along the way..First, he was late by multiple hours because he had an errand to run.. Second, he complained about us meeting in a safe public area which was an address that was already given through CitizenShipper before I even booked him, he was very rude and he only had to wait a few minutes for me to arrive but was rude even though I waited many hours with no complaints..Third and the MOST important that I did NOT like, he messaged the person that was receiving my dog saying that we only payed 50% of the deposit and telling them that I haven’t responded when he was only messaging updates, he did not even try to call me or text me saying that he was trying to get in touch with me so he got the person receiving my dog worried for no reason, I was at work, instead of addressing his worry with me, he addressed his worry with the customer which I thought was ridiculous since we had talked on the phone before, he could have called me again and the 50% deposit at pick up and the 50% at delivery was already agreed on between us. In the end, there were many updates with the drive and my dog did get delivered safely with pictures and videos but I definitely will not be choosing him again, there are better out there and I still wish that I had chosen another driver. But if you're looking for an ok service this is the one for you, Good luck!

Not satisfied at all.. This was a horrible experience waiting for my dog. Led by lies of being stuck in traffic and taking car to get new tires, not answering phone calls or texts. There was no communication at all the trip was suppose to be from Indiana to New Jersey with 1 dog only 10 hours. When they finally turned GPS on they were in the middle of West Virgina totally out the way. I paid for a solo trip for my dog they had no reason to be in west Virginia totally out the way then finally showing up 32 hours later with my dog. And Bald tires that were never replaced. It was lie after lie after lie.
