These people were amazing. They picked up my new puppy so fast at least a week before anyway else that messaged me. I've never done something like this so I was extremely hesitant. They kept me updated with the dog as well as pictures. I would have preferred a couple pictures and updates, but thats just me being excited and anxious. Their service was and still is unreliable I was told he would be in town on the 15th to transport my amazing babies and he never showed even after placing the amount of deposit he requested on citizen shipper now my 80 year old mother in law is taking my sweet babies to the shelter where they will be uthinized and or adopted out. I will not recommend this company to anyone they are horrible at what they do and are ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE!!
