I know there are a ton of choices on here of companies you can go with to transport your fur babies, but Nate is honestly the one to go with. Not only did he take such good care of my dog, he made me feel at ease the whole time with the long 2000+ mile trip. Honestly I was quite worried about this in the beginning. However, dispite my constantly bugging Hunter, he was professional (though not necessarily deserved on my end). He certainly made sure my dog was taken care of. We bought a rare Malinois color to the likes of which anyone would kill for! So, to say I was on edge about this entire experience is an understatement! Hunter was more than patient with me and very respectful. Though I think he stopped at a pickle store in Kansas for like 1.5hrs... ? Wasn't aware pickles were such a bang!?! Anyway, there's an app he uses so you can track the progress of the shipment. That definitely helped ease my nerves. All-in-all Hunter was a fantastic delivery guy. Would I do this again? Only if the doctor prescribed me a few days worth of Xanax! ? No but seriously, I would absolutely recommend this man. Great customer service and wonderful personality. Just a little disappointed that I didn't get any pickles! ??

I would give ZERO stars if I could. If you value your pets life you will not use this transporter. I am an AKC preservation breeder and have used this website and it’s transporters several times for my own personal pets and for my puppies going to their families. This was a four hour transport to get my personal pet - a mini pig. We received zero photos and updates on our pet. But he did take photos of my pig to put on this page. After pick up from the breeder she told me he was extremely inexperienced and there was no paperwork or ID check nothing. When asked when his arrival ETA was, he couldn’t even give me an ETA but the most shocking part of the transport was arriving at the designated pickup to see our 3 lb mini pig running for its life scared to death with no leash on in the restroom area of the gas station with another large breed dog chasing him. I don’t know if it was their dog or not didn’t ask we immediately got out of the car and tried to stop our pig and it took 4 people to corner him and grab him. My husband was finally able to get him and the poor guy got bit because the pig was completely out of his mind terrified. He was covered in dog poop and we had to rush him to the ER vet while talking to the breeder on the phone about him catching parvo from being taken out and placed in a public area filled with poop. If there was a hole in the fence of this area he would of been gone and I would of never gotten my pet. I also contacted citizenshipper and reported him. Bottom line is that this transporter thinks it’s ok for 8 week old pets to be let loose in a public restroom area with out a leash and with other animals. He never asked me if it was ok just took it upon himself to make decisions on someone else’s pet. Didn’t treat it like precious cargo and make sure the animal is protected at all times. Zero common sense. Use my terrifying and costly experience and go with someone else.

I was so stressed about sending her with strangers as Daisy is older and a naturally nervous dog but Woody and April put me at ease from the first conversation I had with them on the phone. They truly love dogs and were SO good with Daisy. She took to them very quickly when they arrived. In fact, they ran into an issue during the drive and were delayed over 24 hours......yet they never once stopped worrying about Daisy even though they had a stressful situation they were dealing with. They kept me updated the whole time with calls, pics and videos, and Daisy was happy and right by their side.....asleep between them, playing tug of war, and just snuggling. They put her needs first. Wow! Justin was fantastic. So we have a challenging dog, fearful, skittish and defensive with strangers. We genuinely didn’t know how best to get her from San Diego to Boston for our family relocation. We couldn’t drive, big family. Planes seemed a nightmare. Service was scheduled for Jan. 2, setup Jan 1. I received a photo and message they would be late because of a blown tire. As of morning of Jan 3rd driver still had not arrived. I requested a cancellation, I was told would recieve a $450 refund after paying the driver $550. As of Jan 19th I still have yet to recieve my refund. I cannot dispute the charge either because the transaction was done over Zelle per drivers request. I'm no longer recieving corispondance from the driver either.

They are different from the other drivers I have hired, with only my dogs, no crates and very personal attention to the dogs. The dogs sat in the back seat happily. They even agreed to take a couple plants for me!
