I really don't know where to start. I felt that you were the right ones from the start. We were all worried, from the west cost to the east, about Hope going from Virginia to Texas. How do we relocate her safely? I looked up what was available other than flying. To my surprise, there was a lot available and, from the beginning, I felt that RSJ Transport was the right one. Hope is 12 years old and the fact that they have medical certification made a difference. I got in touch with them and they worked with us so much. When they came to pick her up, she totally loved them!! She had no issues going with them and no "after travel" issues. She arrived happy, healthy, and ready to ride in a car again!! These people are awesome and I would look no further, as I did, and trust them with with your baby. I will definitely look them up in the future should I need their service. We had an excellent experience with Tim. We can't thank him enough. He keeps us posted every morning, afternoon, and night. Sent us pictures of my dog, make sure she is taking her medication, and walk her every stop. The best experience of this trip is that Tim has his minivan back seats down to open up space for our fur baby, and the whole trip only one dog in the van. Did I mention that he didn't like to put your baby in a crate? We love the idea. We had VIP treatment without paying extra costs. Tim is a patient and reliable shipper. If I can give the driver 100/100 I honestly would. I had to get my dog to nyc which was basically a 6 hour drive from where I was at the time in approximately less then 24 hours. He responded quick, his prices were reasonable and affordable. He gave me updates to where they were and how my dog was handling the trip. My dog usually has very bad separation anxiety but the driver made sure to cater to his needs and his anxiety. Thank you!!!

My family had a great experience with Jude! When he arrived to pick my fur babies up (shih tzu and pit bull) they were very hesitant of leaving me. My pit bull became very aggressive, but Jude was very kind and patient with her. After about 45 min of allowing them one on one time to become acquainted it was time for them to hit the open road. Jude sent me lots of beautiful pictures, videos, called me and text me to keep me updated along the way. He made routine stops for them to use the bathroom, and took them for adventures along the way! They even made it to river walk in San Antonio one of the many places I have on my to do list for Texas!! After 3 days of adventure, and fun my little babes made it to me safe and sound thanks to Jude.

This is the first time that I’ve ever used a pet transport but I was very impressed with Cheyenne and her services. We divided up my cats and drove straight through from Savannah to Albuquerque. She sent me videos almost every stop for gas and regular updates to let me know how they were. I was very nervous about their anxiety traveling but they were so comfortable with her that they rarely meowed the whole trip. It meant so much to me that they weren’t stressed out at all and could explore their new home without trauma or fear. I would recommend Cheyenne to anyone who wants their pets transported with the greatest of care. She has a great personality as well so I easily clicked with her and now consider her a friend.

My experience with Daphne and Keith was excellent. I spent a lot of time talking with Daphne, she is amazing person. It is very scary sending your furbaby with a stranger. Both the breeder I used and myself felt very comfortable with them and I would recommend them to anyone. It was my sons birthday when they delivered our precious pup and Daphne offered to get a bow or whatever we needed to surprise my son!! Had our dogs transported from Southern California to San Antonio, TX area. Angela and Jeff were wonderful- very loving to our three big dogs, good at sending updates and pictures.
