This is the first time I used this method of shipment to rescue an animal. I had no idea how it worked! We had to have the feline picked up very soon after posting the need and it worked out with Dawg Gone to do it. They were patient with me, easy to communicate with and easy to track progress of the trip. The lucky kitty was rescued from the bowels of Arkansas by a loving visitor. There are so many suffering homeless cats and dogs there, the law makers should be ashamed of themselves for the cause of so much unnecessary suffering. A Cinderella story for this young feline who arrived happy, safe and purring at my doorstep.

If you are unsure of who to trust your furry baby with look no further! I was so nervous about this- I’d never done or used any kind of service before, but Hayley is amazing! I was so apprehensive about this process and she completely set my mind at ease and exceeded every expectation. She is communicative and responsive. And that was before I met her! Phenomenal! She’s a delight and animal whisperer who loved a potentially tough love case into a completely relaxed clean and expeditious experience. Her vehicle is immaculate, and she thought of every need our cat could want- all within a huge crate. It included a fresh litter box, scratching area, treats, water and food bowl and cozy area. All immaculately clean. She travelled almost 1800 miles in 31 hours and provided regular pictures and updates. I cannot recommend her enough!

Animals on the Go, Sam is the BEST! I've never had my animals transported before, and I was nervous. My 2 dogs rode with Sam from VT to FL. They rode in the back of the minivan without crates (my preference) with no problems. Sam texted and sent videos during the trip. He is the nicest guy, I cannot say enough! I am very pleased with how well my pets trip went!!! I did not have my s)&% together and Candie was super understanding and flexible. My mother in law’s terrified and undisciplined German Shepherd dog did great with them and I really felt like they cared about her little dainty primadona kitty as well. Things really fell apart for me when the person they were delivering to had a death in the family and couldn’t be there for drop off. They were super understanding and worked around her schedule, Then they actually ended up taking the kitty to a different location where they also had to wait to deliver because someone was called in to work that day. They did not complain one bit. Just got the drive done, took care of the pets better than they are probably used to and happily handed them off to head off to their next pick up. I will definitely call on them again if I have similar needs. They followed all my instructions on giving sedatives for the trip and they were able to handle my anxious dog because they were just so loving with him. Wonderful people. So glad we found them.

I was extremely nervous of having to transport my 2 dogs from Chagrin Falls, Oh to Texas. Even though they are Very Large dogs they are still like our kids. I cannot not say enough Good things about Dependable Driver Solutions owner Mike and especially our drivers Karen and James. Before the journey I spoke with all three in great length in regards to my dogs and there routine and I wanted to listen to there approach to the journey and the handling of my dogs. The more we talked I started feeling much more comfortable with there care level and the route that they put in place. They constantly texted me and sent pictures of my dogs riding in the van and of them being outside during there rest stops just to ease my mind. I can tell you that Karen and james went waaaaaaay above and beyond any of my expectations and I just can’t say enough how Terrific they were. It’s not often you meet a genuinely good person in a line of business, but even despite all the hiccups and setbacks I threw his way, he was still helpful and kind. I had to send my sweet Sadie back to Texas from Colorado and I was absolutely devastated about doing it. Karey made the process very simple and easy for me! She was quick to respond and sent me personal information that allowed me feel more at ease of letting my dog go with someone I didnt know. Karey kept me updated on her arrival time and allowed time for me to cry and say good bye to Sadie. I do appreciate Karey taking Sadie’s box of toys, food, and misc to Texas without an extra cost. Throughout the trip Karey would send updates very often that included pictures!! I felt at ease knowing my dog was safe and not in any harm. Sadie looked happy in every picture. Tammi did a great job with my cat, Scamp. She had to be with him for about 5 days and he is a one mama kitty. So he was rather rude to her but she took it all in stride. Deb is AMAZING. I highly recommend her to bring your little fur baby to their fur-ever home. Communication was spot on, and she loves on your new puppy as if it were her own. I only wish I could’ve met Deb, myself, because as we had discussed, I had to work the day of delivery....so, my b/f received our little 10 wk old mini Aussiedooodle at our home. She kept me posted throughout the trip, took pics and updated us. Everything progressed very smoothly. It could’ve been a complicated transfer, because the breeder set up a meet date (one day only) for pickup at a closer location for those who didn’t want to make the long drive to northern Minnesota at the breeder’s home. (otherwise the drive would’ve been 4 hrs more) It was the breeder’s relative who was sent for the meet, so the pickup required communication between a wide range of people, e.g the breeder, her brother, my b/f, me and Deb...but Deb came through with flying colors, without a hitch.

Tommy did a great job hauling my boat from Michigan to Florida. He added extra straps to make sure the boat did not move on the trailer. We had to deal with hurricane winds as he got close to Florida, and he took an extra day to let the storm pass and weather improve. Great communication and overall excellent job! Highly recommended.
