Driver sent a message that he was not able to pick up my cat 30 minute before he was scheduled to arrive . I am now left with no contact from company for hours and the inability to schedule another company because he hasn’t canceled on the citizen shipper sight so I’m arable to book. This has left my self and my family and pet in a bad situation with a very ill relative for whom I was taking the cat from. Then texted me just now inappropriately with sexual content not realizing who he was texting . Very unprofessional with a last minute cancelation as well as very inappropriate text this evening. I have yet to receive any follow up from company or from citizenshipper for over five hours and a very ill family member with a cat she is unable to care for .

After reviewing over 20 posts to find the services I was looking for, I am thankful for waiting until my deadline because this is when the post for WagsandWheels came through. When I read their profile and the obvious compassion they had for making sure my 2 cats would be safe and arrive in the fewest turnaround time, EVERYTHING about them was the perfect fit for what I was looking for. The drivers Tiffany and Jonathan are the nicest people and they fulfilled everything they offered on their profile. They kept me notified daily on how my fur babies were handling the journey and estimated time of arrival. They even were ahead of schedule which was a great relief. They will do the best they can to accommodate their clients wishes in order for the journey to be as comfortable as can be. On this day of Thanksgiving, I want to openly recognize how blessed we are to have found Amanda & Hezee Transport. During a 3-day work trip to Miami, my husband and I unexpectedly rescued a 10-month-old puppy that had been hit by a car 30 minutes prior to us seeing him limping across the street. Not knowing what breed he could be, we didn't want to risk possible death on a flight to Pittsburgh, and definitely didn't want to add to the trauma he had already experienced. Amanda was amazing from the first moment we connected. She picked Murphy up at the pet hospital and sent us several text and video updated during the 3-day drive. Hayley was absolutely wonderful with our two rabbits. One is a bit of a sensitive bunny that is prone to GI stasis under stress. I included her “emergency kit” with SubQ fluids and critical care food, syringes and needles just in case. Given it was a long trip from the Bay Area, CA to Arlington, VA, I knew it was better safe than sorry, even though she had had no issues for months prior! Boy I’m glad I did! About 2.5days in, Hayley let me know she was seeing some issues with Avalanche and she even stopped to get a carrot for me to test her response. When she ignored the carrot, I knew we had an issue. For those who don’t know, GI stasis is an emergency and can kill a bunny. It is also something that takes a rabbit specialist to really know how to treat, so most owners with bunnies with a problem gut, get used to doing the routine at home. Hayley was amazing! She had never had to do IV SubQs before…but she stayed calm and looked up some YouTube videos on her own before we got on the phone and I walked her through how to assemble the IV and administer the IV fluids. Then she mixed and syringe fed her the critical care food. My bunny’s gut rebooted and she got back to normal, making it safely and happily to her new home! Hayley went above and beyond the call of duty to save my problem child and picked up a new skill in the process! I’d highly recommend her to anyone!

The transportation of my 2 sphinx cats was very professional and trustworthy. I had clear communication prior to the pickup and during transport. I asked her how many days she would be delayed. She never responded or took calls after that. She knew I was flying out and left me stranded to find a caretaker for my dog at the last second. I requested a refund and she has not yet refunded my money either and it’s been 2 days.

Driver was a little short with us because we were not computer savy and when he couldn’t find our house he called a bit panicky and kept claiming we gave him the wrong address…we just paid big bucks for the pup and and transit so why would we give a wrong address and even if we did, suck it up and be and be professional and be kind to the client. By the time he arrived he was in a better place much nicer so it all ended well.
