If I could give more that 5 stars I would. Sam was very attentive to all my questions on the process being that it was my first time. He’s a very honest person and genuinely nice. I really hope he continues to do great things and his business on here grows. My pup was delivered swiftly. He was so at ease he was asleep with Sam upon delivery. 100/100 would highly recommend using Sam. If I do need end up having to need a flight nanny again I will be reaching out. Yes! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this service! Recently I moved from California to Ohio and am totally new to the area. I discovered this service through a quick google search. I was in need to transport my German Shepherd dog (75lbs around 5 years old) Lexi from Irvine CA to Columbus OH. This is something I have NEVER DONE before as shipping her through Cargo via airlines was not something that I wanted to do (I mean, have you seen how TSA handles your bags). What led me to chose them was their responsiveness, empathy, and overall experience in completing transports. My driver Karen and her husband was a huge plus for me because I knew they were doing this business as a pair versus just simple co workers so there was this pride in their work that I felt. During the trip we had a group chat where they explained to me every step of the way where they were at, projections, picture updates etc. They picked up Lexi on a Saturday Afternoon and had her to me by Tuesday afternoon! Kerry was amazing from the very start of this process. She put our mind at ease traveling with our 8 year old husky, who tends to be a bit finicky with new places. There truly isn’t enough stars for Kerry, from the onset of meeting her , my husky warmed right up to her. When Kerry shared pictures with my husky at the gate. I felt so relieved that my husky was in the best care possible. When she shared a video of her on the plane, and she was 👌.Kerry is a natural and what she does is a gift. When she arrived at the airport, Kerry made sure she already went potty !!! My son and son in law picked her up. They both were shocked how loving and caring Kerry was. My dog already grew a strong attachment to her . The trust level trusting someone to take care of your pet is a hard decision. Most happiest customer here! They delivered my pup from Florida to Texas and I couldn't be happier. They allowed me to track their trip and I was able to see where they were at all times. They sent me videos and pictures of my fur baby as they took her on potty breaks and stops. They were very accommodating when asked about not crating her due to her being anxious. I was able to see their van and how comfy they made it for her, it made me that much more relaxed. Truly the best people to trust your fur babies with. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to everyone!

Gina was very communicative throughout transport- received pics and updates regularly. As a (retired) nurse herself, she valued our unique schedules and tried to work / accommodate us. Not the fastest delivery, but she was very upfront about that in the beginning, and I was at ease knowing safety was her number one concern. We did have a small delay at pickup, but it was resolved with minimal complications.

So so happy that we found 5 Star Pet Relocation to transport our dog Frank, and our Range Rover across America for a coast to coast move. Frank is so so precious to us so we were really careful when picking the right person to take him on this journey. He is a ageing english bulldog and has a number of health concerns which require daily medications for seizure controls. It was a complicated journey as he's unable to fly within the US. Risa did the journey in really good time. She sent such great communication, we knew where they were multiple times a day, that he'd been medicated and was a happy boy. Photos and videos were great to keep our minds at ease. Risa went above and beyond to clean his bed and the car before delivery too. I couldn't recommend this company any more highly. Absolutely great attitudes with a genuine love for the animals they are transporting. Thank you Risa & Team!!

First time shipper. This review would have been a full five stars except right up until I received my cats. The good: Very communicative, sent regular updates and communicated well in advance about any delays or changes in timing (pick up was a tad late due to logical issues, and drop off would have been either Nov 1-2 but actual drop off was Oct 31). The not so great: I immediately noticed the urine smell when I was near their carrier at drop off, and was surprised because no matter how stressed I've never known my cats to turn down a box when offered but figured that they had this once. Until I noticed that the box of litter I was asked to send along with them was never opened during their three days of travel. I sent a message to the shipper asking if they had some other on hand or something and was told that "most cats just hold it" which...clearly mine had not. When I checked their food bowls (they have automatic ones keyed to their individual collars) I didn't see evidence that they'd been offered water in either their divided food bowls or their larger water bowl. The food in the bowl looked identical to what I had sent them with, meaning they were only offered old food. I understand that one cat hissed when the shipper approached the carrier, but I really wish that would have been discussed with me so that I could inform them that Spike is noisy but is extremely food motivated and would have eaten and drunk water had they been given some time alone with any of these options. This makes me hesitant to ship them ever again (which thankfully likely won't be necessary as I won't likely make a move this large again in their lifetimes) but the minor stress of allowing them fresh food and water and a litter box (minus the water I sent all of this along with them) would have been better than the slapdash bath I had to give them when they arrived to get the urine off of their skin. My suggestion to the shipper: Please discuss these things with future customers. I've lived with these cats in various stressful situations for nearly 7 years. I know how they react, I know what to expect, and as someone with over three decades of cat ownership under my belt I'm very familiar with the difference between my specific cats' behavior vs cat behavior in general. To BNP's future customers: if you are a veteran animal owner and new shipper like myself, discuss this with your shipper ahead of time. I would have chosen a different option had I known this was how they would arrive. This shipper has a lot of potential so I would still suggest folks considering to send their animals along with the above information clarified for all parties.

I could not be happier with the transportation service I had received for my puppy! I was notified every step along the way and all of my questions and concerns were answered and I felt very comfortable with her drive from Oklahoma to Pennsylvania! My Kodiak (formally named Norma) was not unsettled at the least upon her delivery. She was a happy bubbly puppy! Oh and I started looking for a driver one day, and the very next day she was picked up and on her way to me! I couldn’t believe it, especially since I have never shipped a pet before! But if I ever do again, I will most certainly be going with these guys again! And the fact that I am helping a veteran own and ran company is just the icing on cake! Davidson transport did a wonderful job with Romeo and Simone, especially as they are not friendly cats when they don’t know you. At one point they fed water to Romeo with a straw as he was being very defensive. Both cats had just lost their owner and went through a hurricane. I was very impressed with the efforts they went to befriend the two kitties as they went to their new home.
