Jacqueline is amazing! Choosing her was the best decision. She was very in tune with my cat Lugh and was able to pick up on his needs and personality very quickly. He had his own space to stretch out and relax but it was completely enclosed for his safety. She updated us frequently on location and how he was doing. Our two cats Sprinkle (17) and Snowy (2) were safely transported their new home in NY. Pick up and delivery took place within the agreed windows. We got updates and pictures on their well-being during their trip. They seemed to travel much better than we expected without any need for tranquilizers (prescription or "natural"). Susan and Steve were very tuned into the comfort level of our two girls and made several "tweaks" to where they were placed and relocated to increase their comfort during the trip. The Beans were also very flexible when we had a couple of small timing changes at the receiving end of the trip. Our cats are typical house cats (not that there's anything wrong with that!), but from conversations with the Beans, I know they work with cat and dog breeders, too. We picked the Beans because we liked what they said about how they work with the cats and dogs, they only transported a smaller number of pets using a Honda Pilot (not a huge van) , we thought their bid was fair and reasonable, and their feeding (when needed) and litter (stop and clean immediately after use) policies.
