I needed my seven month old doodle transported from Massachusetts to Florida at the last minute. I was flying out on a Monday . On Saturday Kimberly Anne said she could pick her up on Sunday and have her in Florida by Monday night or Tuesday morning. I was a little apprehensive as this was the first time i was separated from my dog. Kim arrived when she said she would with my puppy happy, healthy and safe. She kept me apprised throughout the trip with text, pictures and videos. I highly recommend using her services as she is very honest and trustworthy and treated my dog as if it were her own.

Pick up Was after midnight local time Which was irritating. It caused a mix up because Payment was supposed to be given directly to the driver, however Because of the time of night My daughter Didn't pay driver and driver did not ask for payment. While I'm asleep I get blasted with 4 to 5 emails and text messages asking for payment. Once I confirmed payment wasn't made to the driver I made payment at 9:30 AM.

OMG! Matt is THE BEST! Cross country journey from NC to CA in 3 days, with multiple photo stops along the way to capture the road trip. Of the 3 different transports we have for our cross country move ( the movers, the car transport, and Matt, the pet transport), Matt was by far the best at keeping us informed all the way through. Live GPS tracking and texts and photo updates throughout the trip. Our fur baby had a photo op in every state, and even left his mark at the Cadillac Ranch along Route 66. Extremely satisfied with Matt and his level of service as well as his care for our baby. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to transport their pet and are filled with anxiety about the process.

I couldn’t have had a better experience. Zac was very knowledgeable with customs in receiving our girl from st kitts. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way. He was very caring with our dog. He brought along his own dog bed for her to sleep in instead of her crate. 2400+ miles!!! From Las Vegas, NV to Parkville, MD our little adopted sheppard mix took a tour of the country side for 5 days from Saturday afternoon to Wednesday afternoon. I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team. I was so worried about moving my 4 year old tripod pup and spent countless nights looking into my options. Once I spoke with Mike all my anxiety simmered down and things only got better after he picked her up. Mike checked in frequently, sending photos, videos, and texts, as well as sharing his location at all times. My dog was able to travel comfortably and securely, and I was happy to know where she was every step along the way. If I ever have to move again, I know exactly who to call : )

I believe the transporter was having an off day. He sent someone to pick Cali up. Which made me a bit uncomfortable because I wasn't able to communicate with that person due to a language barrier. I was able to call paul and let him know that I would rather wait until he was able to come pick My dog up in person. This led to him being 2.5hrs late. My dog made it to her destination safe and I was updated during the trip. To anyone thinking of booking paul, I would still say go for it. I dont think this is normal behavior of this transporter. I was able to contact him and keep open communication about my concerns. Overall, Im happy with the services, the price, and I would book him again.

Dealing with Theresa was difficutl at best, extremely poor communication. My wife drove 450 miles round trip to meet her (in order to make it more convenient for her and a bit less expensive for us ) My wife was halfway there when Theresa called my wife's cell to say she had encountered a problem tranporting a dog. She obviously took a last min. job which she did not mention the day before our pick up. Had we been notified when she took it, we would have been very happy to simply rescheduled. Instead the 1PM pick up was changed to 4PM but Teresa went out of communication completely. My wife was not completely sure where to go but had to figure it out on her own while driving. My wife killed time in Billings at a dog friendly coffee shop that I found on line. My wife then made her way to the new pick up point at 4Pm , but no pickup again, appointment missed. Teresa fianlly answered a text (numerous calls and texts were unanwered) at 4:28 only to tell my wife she was more than an hour away. By that time both my wife and our dog were in a total state of distress and my wife drove 225 miles back home. Teresa offered to pick up the next day but by that time we had lost any confidence in her ability to transport our dog 2000 miles. She also said the she "Usually" tells people that times may vary, and of course if we were just sittng in our house waiting that would have been a very differnent situation. She did not tell us that initially. We could have been very flexible IF communication was in effect. Unfortunatly it was not. We hired another very competant driver. We asked for out 25 percent deposit back, she did not respond and we are now having to resort to filing a dispute with our credit card provider.

We are over the moon! My husband inherited his dad’s pull behind RV trailer & we needed it moved from ME before the snow season hit. He found Ben & Amber online & contacted them. We fully expected to have to wait a few weeks to have the delivery scheduled but as timing would have it, they happened to be in a nearby area & offered to move it that evening! We know that’s not customary, nor would we have ever expected it, but this couple was willing & able to take it on the fly! Hello, I just wanted to give my review of Casie Burrell of Critter Chauffeurs. I used her service to pick up 2 dogs I had literally adopted online from the Hesperia Animal Shelter to travel to Florida. Casie went above and beyond to ensure that my dogs (precious cargo!) were safely transported. Despite many challenges in the journey, she was unflappable! Nothing fazed her--she was a sea of calm in circumstances that would've caused many to meltdown! One of my dogs was assessed as not dog friendly--by the time the dogs made it to Florida, they were sweet, friendly, and acclimated! Casie has a way with animals--in fact, one jumped back in the car with her--didn't want to leave! Additionally, her prices were reasonable--she's not taking advantage of a pet owner's bond to exploit their situation... She also sends pics, videos, and a running commentary of her travel--which is entertaining! I recommend her highly, and will definitely use her again in the future!

First I will start by stating the 2 ladies that drove our dog took very good care of him, however we paid a higher rate for this specific transporter because in our messaging back and forth we were willing to pay more for getting our new dog to us as quick and as less stress possible on him. Quote -She said "we pick up in the morning and should be able to deliver following day. " Then stated-" we try to stay on single route and not bounce around". This was what comforted us and I shared that. Our pet transport Pick up was Wed. Am and delivery Sunday, Not what we had hired them for. So disappointing. It changed and changed again, Our dog went from Nevada to CA for a pet drop, then up to get boxes at another location, then to New MX. to drop boxes then on to us in TX. Just disappointed in our experience. Wish we had just flew up and rented a car and drove him ourselves.

I can honestly say that working with Dale was a pleasure. He is great with communication, treated me with a high level of respect, had a clean and well organized vehicle, made me feel incredibly comfortable handing over my pets, and took wonderful care of my German Shepard and two cats on a very long trip. He regularly sent me photos and short video clips to let me know that my pets were safe and happy on their 2000 mile journey to Texas.
