AMAZINGGG! They got my baby out of an abusive situation, she wasn’t in good shape and they did nothing but show her love and didn’t have her in a cage at all which was my favorite part!! Sent lots of updates and pictures! She wasn’t eating normal dog food due to abusive situation (my ex wasn’t feeding her dog food only beef) they went out of there way and got her different options and no matter what time I texted I always got speedy reply’s! 4 days my girl spent with this amazing family on the road and made it here happier and healthier then she was before they picked her up! Pups were suppose to be picked up between 11/11 and 11/13. I flew from Washington State to Pennsylvania to be there during pick up. I also booked flights for my wife and kids to return to Washington on Monday 11/14 with me. This morning 11/11 I messaged to see about a more accurate pick up day and was told they have to cancel or postpone. I have stayed in contact with them through the whole process and the day(s) of pick up are here and now I’m left scrambling to find another driver which costs me more last minute or I’m out my other expenses while I try to figure out how to get them across the country. This is bad business and I believe 1/5 stars is too much

We are a 501c3 nonprofit that does many transports for rescue dogs across the country. We have used drivers hundreds of times. When I say that Steven was the BEST transporter we have ever had the pleasure of using, that is 100% a fact. Steven went above and beyond his required transport duties. We had a couple emergency 'situations' pop up during the trip, and Steven handled them like a pro. Other transporters would have said "sorry, my job ends here" but Steven truly cared about us and our dog. His prices were very reasonable. He truly cares about these animals. They have even removed emotional support dogs from boarding if they are to big . Only registered working dog only! He was so polite and answered any questions we had before we booked! We were constantly receiving updated, photos of how their 1200 mile trip went! We could not have gotten a better person to take her. Lots of space in a padded kennel.
