I was a little worried going with them because they did not have many reviews but took the chance due to urgency. BAH Logistics did a real good job finding a great driver (shout out to Oneil) that could handle the shipment very quickly. Communication was clear and not too overwhelming during the bidding process. I hope they handle other customers as well as I was.

Iād give zero stars if I could. After taking my deposit their ācommunicationā vanished- calls, texts, voicemails ignored. I needed the driverās info for my petsā airbill and got stonewalled, even after involving CitizenShipper. With less than 24 hours until pickup I was forced to scramble for a last-minute carrier, paying way more. Their incompetence means I now have to throw away expensive airline kennels because no one could transport them on such short notice. This was a reckless, unprofessional disaster from a company that couldnāt be bothered to apologize. Avoid them at all costs - the worst, most infuriating experience Iāve ever had. Shame on them!
