Paul with Very Important Pet Transport did an amazing job transporting our standard poodle from Colorado back home. Paul made the whole experience easy. He kept us updated throughout the trip with messages and pictures, which really put our minds at ease. When she got home, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It was obvious she was treated like one of his own. I wouldnât hesitate to use Paul again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to transport their pet. I needed to find rapid, safe transportation for 3 cats across 1,000 miles from South Carolina to Wisconsin. Adam impressed me with his thoughtful communication and care in his bid and that continued all throughout the experience. Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up needing transport for 4 cats, not 3, and to add a stop that added 350 miles to the route, AND to delay the start of the trip by a day. Adam was gracious, flexible, kind, calm, and supportive through it all. He and his co-driver provided door to door private transport for the 4 cats in record time, minimizing their stress and helping them relax with catnip whenever they got a little anxious. The kitties had a private ride all to themselves, with no stacking and the ability to see each other, which I am sure also helped them to feel at ease. I even had to send extensive supplies and a cat tree for the 4th cat to take to his new home and Adam rolled with it and made it all work. Along the way Adam gave proactive updates on his progress, ETA, and how the kitties were doing. These are high-needs, anxious cats, and I was so glad I placed my trust in Adam to get them where they needed to go.

Omer was fantastic! Our dog is a rescue that can be skiddish and growl at strangers. Omer worked with him during the transport and they quickly became buddies. It was nice to be able to track their journey and receive pictures along the way. We will definitely be using Omer again in the future!

What a great truly great experience for my family. Much better than I ever could have expected. This was a long trip on the road for our dog - from California to Connecticut over a multi-day period. Snowball was SO communicative with many photos, doggie updates and location updates each day. He arrived to pick up our dog exactly when he said he was and dropped her off exactly when he said he would. I would recommend him to anybody and would 100% request him if we ever needed to do something like this again. And we are tough customers! Thank you Snowball!
