I cannot say enough good things about Kevin, Cherie, and Ari and the care they showed my four cats during their cross-country move from North Carolina to California. I was already incredibly nervous about moving my cats because they are truly my babies, they each have very different personalities, and travel is stressful for them. Ari was actually the first person I met in the process. She picked my cats up from me, helped care for them during boarding, and then accompanied them during the transport as well. Kevin and Cherie were equally involved throughout the journey, and together they made me feel like they genuinely understood how important my cats were to me. They not only transported my cats, but also boarded and cared for them as part of the process, which meant I was trusting them with my entire little furry family for an extended period of time. From the beginning, I felt like they treated that responsibility with the seriousness and compassion it deserved. And then the trip decided to become an entire adventure...Their original flight was impacted by a bird strike and ultimately canceled, leaving them stranded in Houston with my four cats while they waited for another flight to Los Angeles. That was an incredibly stressful situation, but Kevin, Cherie, and Ari were amazing. They stayed with my babies, kept me updated, reassured me that they were okay, and continued caring for them through circumstances completely outside of anyone’s control. They were essentially stuck in that airport right alongside them and never once made me feel like my cats were an inconvenience. By the time they finally arrived in California, everyone had been THROUGH IT, but my babies were safe, cared for, and finally home with their mama. And honestly, the biggest testament to the care they received was how quickly they settled into their new home once they were back with me. Transporting someone’s pets requires so much more than simply getting them from Point A to Point B. It takes patience, compassion, responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm when the unexpected happens. Kevin, Cherie, and Ari demonstrated all of that. I am incredibly grateful to all three of them for caring for my cats during boarding, navigating one heck of a travel ordeal, and ultimately getting all four of my babies safely across the country and home to me. I would absolutely trust Kevin, Cherie, and Ari with my pets again and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs someone to care for their animals like they actually matter, because it was very clear throughout this entire experience that mine did. ❤️🐾

I had an excellent experience with lion and the lamb transport! I was needing a last minute transport to bring a kitten back to me and Taylor reached out and saved the day! I immediately felt at peace and trusted her to pick up the kitten and bring it back home and she was phenomenal! My kitten arrived in great spirits and clean. She communicated well and gave lots of updates and even photos along the way. I will definitely use her again if I’m needing a transporter!

Hey, you! Yeah. you! Scrolling through your bid offers stressed out worried about how you're going to get your fur baby picked up and delivered to you! Look no further! When I tell u Lois is the one, I mean it from the bottom of my heart! This lovely lady! Cut through all the noise, all the promises, all the retracted bids, all the uncertainty, all the crap lol and gave me advice that I needed to get this show on the road. Pun intended. She told me to tell the people who had my fur baby to hold her one more day and that someone would be there to pick her up in the morning and that that someone would be her. We finalized the bid, locked in on the details, made sure additional fees and business hours were alignment. Lois sent tracking information without me even asking for it. That's what i call Bless-ed Reassurance:). Took the photo I requested to ensure that the correct kitty cat was being picked up. Did a cash transaction that was needed for my fur baby to be released from the shelter. Secured my fur baby in a pink crate lined with a towel for her comfort for the long journey home. Then Lois safely and quickly transported my fur baby home and ended a saga that had been going on for quite some time. She also filmed the glorious and joyous homecoming and sent it to me to enjoy! Lois restored joy to our hearts, love to our home, and our fur baby back to our arms again. If you don't book with Lois you would be a fool. Look no further. Book no further. This was my first time shipping a pet. I did not know what to expect and was wary given all the various schemes and scam warnings. After reviewing several pet-shippers, their reviews and even doing a little old fashioned homework, I settled on working with Crystal at DePAWting Flight Nanny Svcs. Crystal was cordial, accommodating and responsive via text and voice calls. She put us at ease and kept her word. Our little Scout arrived in good spirits.
