We had an excellent experience with Capital Logistics. They gave a great price, communicated clearly and did exactly what they said they would do. No unexpected charges, delays or hiccups. This was my first time shipping a car across the country so I was uncertain what to expect but this went as smooth as butter. Highly recommend!

I found ADL LOGISTIC LLC through CitizenShipper and was offered a deal I couldn’t resist for towing my car, which had been left stranded in Truckee, California. ADL LOGISTIC LLC was prompt and responsive to my messages and quickly found a driver who could transport my car over 140 miles. The driver contacted me directly, provided clear instructions throughout the process, and delivered my car safely without any damage. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I truly appreciate their reliable service and would definitely recommend ADL LOGISTIC LLC to anyone looking for dependable towing or vehicle transport.

5 stars for the agent in the chat 5 stars for the person who picked up my Trike. Handled it safely and made it super simple for me and was communicative and was super nice to meet in person. Didn't like the person who called me and texted me. They never said who they were and couldn't be helpful in keeping track off information they didn't even knows I already had someone assigned. Also the people who get assigned don't always call back and may claim to show up and not have the right equipment to get the job done so you have to wait longer for a new person to pick up your property. Amazing and responsive chat agent answered literally every single question with professional energy made me feel comfortable on my first experience. Will definitely use again!

Car transport questions
What do customers say about car shipping on CitizenShipper?
Of the 500 most recent car transport reviews, published from December 2021 to September 2026, 84% are five stars, 35% praise communication, 16% mention on-time or early pickup or delivery, and 17% mention price or value. Communication gets the most praise. Negative reviews mostly describe late or missed pickups, slow replies, or disputes over deposits.
How can I avoid problems when shipping my car?
Pay the booking fee through CitizenShipper's secure checkout so the Booking Assurance Guarantee applies. Transporters often ask for part of the quote at pickup. Pay any deposit with a credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or another method that lets you dispute a charge, never by wire transfer, Western Union, or MoneyGram. Confirm the price, deposit, and pickup window in CitizenShipper messages, and photograph your car before it is loaded. See how payments work on CitizenShipper.
Can I ship an SUV or pickup truck?
Yes. This category covers cars and light trucks, including SUVs, minivans, and pickups. Include the make, model, and whether the vehicle runs in your listing, since size and condition affect the quote. Lifted or oversized trucks may need a transporter with a larger trailer.
How are car transporters on CitizenShipper checked?
Transporters are independent contractors background-checked through Checkr for felonies and DUIs. Their profiles show photos of the driver and truck, reviews from past customers, and whether their USDOT number, identity, and insurance have been verified. Ask for the cargo insurance coverage amount before you book.
Is CitizenShipper a car shipping company?
No. CitizenShipper is a marketplace. You post your vehicle for free, independent transporters quote the job, and you choose one based on price, reviews, and verifications. The transporter you book moves your car. You pay CitizenShipper a booking fee that scales with mileage at checkout, and you pay the transporter directly on the terms you agree.
