They got my motorcycle shipped very fast from Arizona to Illinois. Communication was great too, lots of helpful information as well. No complaints on my end. Motorcycle arrived as it should’ve, and everything went smooth. This was my first time using them, but they’ve got a lifetime customer from me. Thanks again!

Amir, the delivery driver was excellent. He was very courteous and prompt. His trailer was very clean, and he did a superb job of securing my motorcycle in the trailer. I paid him in cash for the quoted price. Tempus Logix, on the other hand, sent me a message and claimed that the driver wanted and additional $50 but required I pay it to them instead of the driver. I suspect the driver knew nothing about the extra $50 and probably didn't receive it. That's why I gave a 4-star review. It's an average of three for Tempus Logix and five for the driver. Of the 500 most recent motorcycle transport reviews, published from October 2022 to September 2026, 89% are five stars, 36% praise communication, 19% mention on-time or early pickup or delivery, and 11% comment on the condition at delivery. Riders praise communication and on-time pickups most. Negative reviews most often describe missed or late pickups.
Transporters on CitizenShipper move cruisers, sport and racing bikes, dirt bikes, scooters and mopeds, three-wheelers, and ATVs. Include the make, model, weight, and whether it runs in your listing. Trikes and ATVs can need a wider trailer, so mention them up front.
Ask before you book. Find out whether the transporter uses wheel chocks and soft ties, and whether the trailer is open or enclosed. Photograph the bike from every side before pickup and note any existing scratches, so you have a record to compare at delivery.
Transporters are independent contractors background-checked through Checkr. Each profile shows past reviews, photos of the transporter and their rig, and whether their USDOT number, identity, and insurance are verified. You can message transporters on CitizenShipper to ask about their experience with your type of bike before you book.
Contact CitizenShipper support. When you pay the booking fee through the secure checkout, the Booking Assurance Guarantee gets you help if a transporter cancels, stops responding, or doesn't do what they agreed. If they cancel within 5 days of pickup, the booking fee is refunded in full. If they cancel earlier, support prioritizes finding you a replacement. Report a cancellation within three days, and see how payments and refunds work for deposits paid directly to a transporter.
