My name is Denise, and I am the founder and driver of Nitro Paws Express, operating under my premium pet hospitality concept. Over the past 5 years, I have been volunteering with a Non-Profit working with dogs and cats as well as doing professional long-distance rescue transportations. This year I have decided to go out on my own and start my own business as I am fully dedicated to pet transportation. I will provide safe, reliable, and compassionate ground transport services for your pet across the United States. I am a USDA-registered and insured pet transporter who has proudly delivered pets nationwide since 2021. Having driven more than 300,000 miles nationwide, I have extensive road experience which includes careful route planning, and a calm, responsible approach to every individual journey. Every pet entrusted to me is treated as a valued guest, not cargo. I operate a brand-new 2026 Chrysler Pacifica. Onboard, I carry extra harnesses, leashes, and collars, and follow strict safety protocols — including double-leashing anytime your pet is outside the kennel. The safety of your pet is always my top priority. My mission is to deliver a pet traveling experience on wheels, where your pet will travel in comfort, safety, and a calm environment—while owners enjoy a complete peace of mind. Safety & Comfort On Board • Climate-controlled vehicle with air conditioning and heating • Your dog/cat rides separately • Continuous temperature and humidity monitoring • Spacious, well-ventilated, individually assigned travel crates • Comfort with clean blankets, premium-quality food, and water • Professional pet hygiene, sanitation, and cleaning standards throughout the journey For added assurance, I proudly provide Pet Travel Insurance Coverage, ensuring your pet is protected from pick up to delivery. • I typically stop every 2–3 hours to take care of your pets needs, including short walks and bathroom breaks as well as ensure they are comfortable throughout their journey. During these stops I will also provide photo updates. I will contact you by phone or email 24 to 48 hours before picking up your pet to review their routines, personality, feeding schedules, and any special needs your pet may have. While your pet is on the road, you’ll receive daily updates and photos throughout the day as well as accurate ETAs as they get closer to their destination. You will be provided with quick responses every time you reach out to me since my goal is for you to feel informed, connected, and confident during your pets journey. If my prices don’t fit your budget, let’s chat! I can be flexible and want to work with you. Pet Information (Required) • Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old at the time of pick up. • Client must provide accurate and complete pet details prior to pick up. • This information is required for safety, crate sizing, route planning, and compliance. • Incorrect, incomplete, or missing pet information or required documents at pick up may result in delays, additional fees, or cancellation of the trip, with the deposit retained. • For documentation, either a Health Certificate OR updated vaccination records is acceptable. • You may send essential items for your pet. One backpack-sized bag per dog is included at no extra charge; any additional items may be subject to a fee. (Crate, Luggage, etc.) If Applicable: • Spay / Neuter status • Medical conditions or medications • Behavioral notes (crate trained, anxiety, aggression, compatibility with other pets etc.) Payment & Booking Info We accept: • Square • Cash • Cash App • Credit/debit cards Scheduling & Availability • Estimated pick up and delivery time windows are provided at least 24 hours in advance and are binding. • The Client is responsible for being available within the confirmed time window, not the entire day. • Requests to delay pick up or delivery outside the confirmed time window may result in waiting fees, rescheduling, or cancellation at the driver’s discretion due to route scheduling constraints. Booking & Deposit • 50% deposit is required to secure your pet’s spot. • The remaining balance is due at delivery. Cancellation Policy • 3–7 days before pickup: 50% of the deposit is retained (or $250 minimum) • Less than 3 days before pickup: Deposit is non-refundable Final Notes • Rates include insurance, fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance, and mileage — with absolutely no hidden or surprise fees. • In the event of a medical emergency, the Client authorizes Nitro Paws Express to seek veterinary care if necessary. • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. • If the Client or authorized recipient is unavailable at the agreed delivery time, a waiting fee of $50 per hour will apply. • Nitro Paws Express is not responsible for conditions arising from pre-existing health issues, age-related complications, or stress-related responses during transport. • Any undisclosed aggression, biting history, or severe behavioral issues that pose a safety risk may result in immediate cancellation of transport without refund. • By accepting these terms, the Client acknowledges that pickup and delivery hours are between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM. • Please confirm pickup date & availability before booking.
