I cannot say enough good things about Kevin, Cherie, and Ari and the care they showed my four cats during their cross-country move from North Carolina to California. I was already incredibly nervous about moving my cats because they are truly my babies, they each have very different personalities, and travel is stressful for them. Ari was actually the first person I met in the process. She picked my cats up from me, helped care for them during boarding, and then accompanied them during the transport as well. Kevin and Cherie were equally involved throughout the journey, and together they made me feel like they genuinely understood how important my cats were to me. They not only transported my cats, but also boarded and cared for them as part of the process, which meant I was trusting them with my entire little furry family for an extended period of time. From the beginning, I felt like they treated that responsibility with the seriousness and compassion it deserved. And then the trip decided to become an entire adventure...Their original flight was impacted by a bird strike and ultimately canceled, leaving them stranded in Houston with my four cats while they waited for another flight to Los Angeles. That was an incredibly stressful situation, but Kevin, Cherie, and Ari were amazing. They stayed with my babies, kept me updated, reassured me that they were okay, and continued caring for them through circumstances completely outside of anyone’s control. They were essentially stuck in that airport right alongside them and never once made me feel like my cats were an inconvenience. By the time they finally arrived in California, everyone had been THROUGH IT, but my babies were safe, cared for, and finally home with their mama. And honestly, the biggest testament to the care they received was how quickly they settled into their new home once they were back with me. Transporting someone’s pets requires so much more than simply getting them from Point A to Point B. It takes patience, compassion, responsibility, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm when the unexpected happens. Kevin, Cherie, and Ari demonstrated all of that. I am incredibly grateful to all three of them for caring for my cats during boarding, navigating one heck of a travel ordeal, and ultimately getting all four of my babies safely across the country and home to me. I would absolutely trust Kevin, Cherie, and Ari with my pets again and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs someone to care for their animals like they actually matter, because it was very clear throughout this entire experience that mine did. ❤️🐾

We had a great experience with this transport company! They delivered our new GSP puppy all the way from Minnesota to North Carolina, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the trip, and most importantly, our puppy arrived safe, happy, and well cared for. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they’re transporting, which gave us a lot of peace of mind with such a long trip. The best transport we’ve ever used. He had incredible attention to detail. Wanted to know every detail about our dog - what he ate, how he played, where he liked to sleep. Then the ride itself was fantastic. My Rottweiler had lots of room to stretch and sleep or cuddle up. He went on frequent walks and hikes and had play time. I got constant updates w pics and video. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. My dog was actually sad to leave. He had the best road trip adventure ever.

When I requested bids Darin was one of the first 3 to respond within minutes and once I decided to book Darin he instantly started getting ready to go pick up my puppy ...even at 10 PM though I explained he didn't have to leave late at night/ immediately but he did anyway. He kept me and the breeder updated on progress/ ETA's, sent me photos of puppy when he picked him up and 3-4 times throughout the trip and I have my puppy home 24 hrs. after booking Darin....around 700 mile trip each way. We have been in touch since and he is VERY responsive, supportive and there if I need any future transport as well. On top of the fact I ended up with 18 bids for my request over a couple of days and Darin was one of the most affordable for sure....of course price is a factor but the service and fact he only does one dog at a time (and I was getting a 14 week ole puppy subject to illnesses and parvo) and the gut feeling about the quality of his service was a bigger factor for me. Win win! I have Darin's info saved on my laptop as well as my phone and if I ever need a transport again I would def. book Darin. Even my breeder was very happy with him and his service and his car setup from the transport etc.

I needed help transporting my dog, Tuco, from Arizona to Tennessee because I’m not able to drive such a long distance myself. I specifically wanted a solo transport so he wouldn’t be stressed traveling with other dogs. Before choosing a driver, I spoke with several people and carefully read through all of their reviews. Tuco is also very selective about people. he definitely does not trust or follow just anyone so I wanted someone I could truly feel comfortable leaving him with. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts because I absolutely made the right choice. From the very beginning, he was incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely caring toward Tuco. He didn’t just feel like someone whose job was simply to drive him from one place to another. You could really tell that he truly loves dogs and cares about their comfort and happiness. Throughout the entire trip, he gave me detailed updates and sent me lots of photos. He made plenty of stops so Tuco could rest, walk around, explore, and enjoy himself along the way. Instead of this being just a stressful long trip for him, he actually gave Tuco such a fun and memorable little adventure. Seeing how relaxed and happy Tuco was with him made me feel completely at ease. Honestly, if he were a dog sitter, I would trust him with Tuco every single day while I was at work. That’s how comfortable and impressed I was with the way he treated him. I was able to wait for Tuco to arrive without worrying because I knew he was in such good hands. I’m genuinely so grateful for everything he did for Tuco and for me. Thank you so much for bringing my boy home safely and for treating him with so much love and care. Five stars honestly aren’t enough I’d give him 50 stars if I could! ❤️🐾
