I am going to cut to the chase here, Barbara (owner) was absolutely fantastic to work with and I highly recommend her and her team at TeeRex Delivery. She was the most active bidder in regards to communicating with me about our needs and concerns with a pet move I needed due to a family medical emergency. I had picked Citizen Shopper out of a Google search and had not used this type of service before and had the usual pessimism. However, she put the, to rest and I felt totally comfortable choosing them. Her driver Norm was an absolute grinder in getting across the road. Never again, and wouldn’t recommend anyone either. Lack of communication, never received a pictures, it says GPS tracking, never received a GPS link, i had to call 10 times, text million times in order to get answer, haven’t received even one message in 24 hours, and I received message at the end asking not to call her personal number when it was listed in her website, that’s ridiculous. Poor kittens were in car for 4 days, from NY to Texas 4 days trip, are you kidding me. Anyways thank you for the service but as I said never again

If I need to transport a pet again, I will definitely use Melissa Transport. They gave a competitive bid as well as a discount for Veterans. Everything in their profile was true and I felt very confident and comfortable in their ability. They were spot on with their time lines for pick up and drop off . Communication was very good. You WILL NOT regret shipping your furry family member with the team at Nitro Pet Express! They were professional and friendly every step of the way. They were responsive, patient, and forthcoming with their process and fees. My only critique is that they were several hours late for pick up and it took a few days to nail down exactly what date pickup would be (they said Monday evening or Tuesday morning and it took until Sunday to know for sure which day/time it would be). However, they gave me a discount for the inconvenience and delivery happened right on schedule! I also received photos of my dog every day. I have no regrets from choosing Nitro Pet Express. If you’re looking for quality service that’s hundreds of dollars less than the competition (and you have some scheduling flexibility) then CHOOSE NITRO PET EXPRESS!

Beware! Terrible communication and no refund after cancelling the delivery. I booked a cross country delivery with Mark he picked up my boat on 3/10 and was due to deliver it on 3/19. On 3/15 I contacted Mark via text, phone and the Citizenshiper app to confirm the delivery date. I did not hear back from him for almost 48 hours. I had to reach out to Citizenshiper to get Mark to contact me. When he finally did, it was to tell me his truck hit road debris and was damaged. Mark could not tell me when the truck would be fixed or when he could complete the delivery. He claimed parts were unavailable due to the current shipping crisis. Ironic because now I have my own shipping crises. He encouraged me to find another shipper, which I was forced to do, at a higher cost due to higher gas costs. When I requested a refund from Mark he said he couldn’t pay me because all his money went to repairs for his truck. He said he would have to get money from another source and that I would have to wait a few days. When I said that wasn’t my problem and I expected a prompt refund he didn’t apologize, he became indignant and told me he had done nothing wrong. What kind of professional would operate a business like that? Mark treats shipping like a game. He also cancelled another customer’s delivery due to “vehicle problems”. I would never use this guy again. He gives all good shippers a bad name. Zero stars if I could.

Sorry that I could only give James and his wife 5 stars but that's the limit that was possible. Communication was excellent right from the start and never any BS, he did exactly or beyond what was agreed upon, arrived on time and provided outstanding service. Because fuel prices had gone up dramatically after the transport was booked I decided to give them a little extra money for the job, but neither he nor his wife even mentioned that as a issue. They are friendly and personable and came prepared with all the necessary equipment modern equipment and delivered exactly as instructed with pictures as proof. Even though there was a little leak that occurred during transport not due to any fault of theirs, he even cleaning up the bike on delivery!!! Excellent service, very happy and would not hesitate to use their services again. Try him, you won't be sorry.

In the end, I got my shipment, but it was 10 hours after when it was supposed to arrive. Poor communication caused a lot of anxiety throughout my work day. The only good thing was that Omar is a great guy. For pet / animal transport, he seems to genuinely care for their wellbeing. Do not have your motorcycle shipped by them.
