Mark went above and beyond to deliver my boat! I bought the boat and did not know the condition of the trailer. Turns out, one of the bearings started smoking not 2 miles from where it was picked up. Mark spent 4 hours in the middle of the night repairing it in a parking lot and was able to get it back on the road! Transportation is a hard business where things happen that are out of the drivers control. Mark went above and beyond to fix the uncontrollable and honestly saved me a lot of money in the long run. It doesn’t take an expert to pull a trailer when everything is going well but you definitely want someone like Mark to be the one pulling it when things go South. If I need something hauled in the future, I fully intend for Mark to be my first call!

I mean no ill-will toward anyone. I think these folks have good intentions, but they fall severely short when it comes to pet transport. They introduced as a husband and wife team, said they don't travel at night and don't go over 75mph. Larry also said he won't text or call, or do business, while driving, but pull over to take care of things Good! They have safety in mind. Ok...?. To begin with, I was quoted a competitive price and a 3-4 day delivery time. It became apparent right away that wasn't going to happen when the 1st day took them 8 hours to travel 330 miles. Not until then did I know that he is the only driver, since she is in a wheelchair, and they have to stop and rest very frequently. 330 miles was the distance to get my dog, and they tied up after pickup, and traveled no further. Next day I get a text at 6:30am that I need to call them asap because wife is deathly afraid of my dog. Then I get a text right after that from wife, Debbie, that my half down payment is gone, eaten up by the overdraft on their debit card. Only payment options they give are CashApp and Walmart to Walmart. I chose CashApp. She said that is linked to her debit card, which is very often overdrawn, so they have no money to travel with. I called Larry immediately. He said wife is terrified of my Doberman because she watched one attack and kill a small dog when she was young. I asked if he was showing signs of aggression. They said no. Said he growled at their Chihuahua when he 1st got in the car, but that was it. (I mean, silly to travel with a Chihuahua when you are transporting unknown, unkenneled dogs anyway, right?). Wife wanted to return dog to pickup, but he came from an abuse situation, which they knew ahead of time. Nonetheless, while on the phone with Larry, Debbie was yelling and screaming in the background. That's real good for the well-being of a previously abused Doberman! Husband insisted they bring dog to me in UT (over 2000 miles). I asked if they would only be traveingl 330 miles a day because that would take 7 days, not 3-4 quoted. No commitment. Larry told me they would need $200 more for the trip, and I would have to send Walmart to Walmart, even tho I'd already paid the half upfront that was agreed upon, with the balance due at delivery.. He said he would figure things out and call me back. In meantime, I called and arranged for them to drop the dog with family in IL, so they didn't have to travel so far with my dog that was apparently so scary (but not at all scary). I needed my dog out of this situation as fast as possible for his sake. They had initially quoted me $600 to IL (750 mile trip) and $950 to UT (2000 mile trip). They argued still bringing him to UT, but I insisted they get the dog out of their hair sooner, and I told them I'd pay the full $950 even just to IL (Why did I do that? Because I was afraid they would let my dog out along the road and never hear from them again). I told them I would send more money if they need it to get to IL. They said they can make it. That 2nd day, they didn't leave until 11:30am, and traveled 337 miles and tied up at 6:30 again ?. They said they had another 443 miles to IL. They did make it to IL before the day was out next day, which I am glad of. However, my sister who received the dog at her house said they drive a very rickety car, and she isn't sure it would have made it to UT at all. These folks need to re-evaluate their pet transport gig. If they can't get at least an 8am start, maybe they shouldn't do it. If they can't make haste, maybe they shouldn't do it. If they can't travel more than 350 miles in a day, maybe they shouldn't do it. If they can't travel past 6:30pm, maybe they shouldn't do it. If they have to have their Chihuahua with them, maybe they shouldn't do it. If they can't afford the expenses, maybe they shouldn't do it. And most of all, if they are afraid of dogs, maybe they shouldn't do it! Any 1 of those reasons is significant. You add them all together, it's a recipe for disaster. So, all in all, I paid them the amount quoted to transport from SC to UT, and only got my dog to IL. Now I have to drop everything and drive 1400 miles to IL to pick up my dog that should have been here within the next 2 days anyway, for the amount I already paid them. It will cost me at least another $950, and some of my husband's time off work to get the dog here to UT. Thanks a lot, Larry and Debbie. I basically hired and paid you $950 for nothing ?. I would have been better off to pick up the dog myself, because that's what I'm basically doing anyway....sigh....

Amazing experience sending my dog from Miami to Colorado. Impossible to have had a better experience than we did with them. They kept in touch with texts and pictures throughout the whole trip and even provided us with a code for an app to see exactly where they were through the whole trip. My dog is a 100 pound golden retriever who’s not the easiest dog to deal with and they treated him like gold. Couldn’t have moved my dog here without their affordable service. I would give more than 5 stars, I had him transport my bass boat from Minnesota at my mothers house all the way to Arizona. From one extreme temperature to the other. He got it here in the exact amount of time he estimated which was super impressive. He was one of the nicest/ honest people I have ever met, never made me doubt for a second my boat would never arrive from the beginning of the trip to the end. I will definitely use him for anything I need transported in the future again. My husband and I made a new friend in the mix of all this and we will have to go out to visit and go fishing with him. Absolutely horrible people! Hired them to pick up my new puppy and deliver him to me. Before booking I ask them about crating and they said yes they did crate because USDA required them to. When they picked up at the breeders she told me they had 3 other dogs in the car none of them crated!! And the car stenched and saw car fresheners all over the floor of the car. Two miles after picking him up the car gets totaled! He called my breeder to come pick my puppy up. When she went to pick him up he yelped and was breathing funny. She brought him to the vet the next morning and luckily no internal damage but he lost 2 teeth. These people have been ridiculous to get ahold of! They don’t answer their phones! I’ve requested a refund or a partial because they never did the job I hired them too! Now I’m just being ignored! Seriously don’t work with these people! They are TROUBLE!!!
