The day before pickup- we checked in with them-since we hadn’t heard a time for pickup- and we were given an apology… they had run into “traffic” and were going to be a day late. I understand traffic. I’ve been hours late because of traffic. But an entire day? That’s ridiculous. But- we were accommodating. And agreed to wait an additional day. The next day- I reached out (again)- and inquired about an arrival time- and we were told they could no longer do the pickup- they had mechanic difficulties with the vehicle. Again- I understand- issues come up. But when people are counting on you- you have to communicate better. If I hadn’t reached out- when would they have told me? EACH time I was the one initiating the call. I suggest you keep shopping and avoid Big E farms…

Let me be clear a deposit was no problem, it would have been more professional asking for a deposit right after I booked instead of changing the pick up time 3x then asking for deposit. She said there was very little communication, the route changed without her being told, and that the vehicle traveled in was a disaster and she is just hoping that the crate is actually cleaned after each dog uses. She wishes she would have just drove herself for pickup. Which bums me out cuz I recommended this platform and had a great experience with other drivers.

Tiffany contacted me and said she could pick Max up same day and have him to Southern California by the end of the week. Tiffany is new on the platform and I can't believe I hemmed and hawed over hiring her.
