Brooke was amazing. She was running behind to get to the breeder and she notified me to let me know. At one point I was unable to reach due to poor reception but I later learned that she had car battery issues which cause a bit more of a delay. Once she was able to get service (and her car running), her communication was great and she even provided me her Waze link so I could see her route and eta. She provided updates with pics of my pup. At one point my pup got car sick and she clean him up very well. He smelled amazing upon arrival. Thank you Brooke!!

This review is Long Overdue, but Ms. Morgan really saved me out a tight spot. I am in the military and in the process of moving duty stations. I shipped my dog from Hawaii to Dallas. Well an hour after my dog lands the previous driver txts me at 2am saying they are unable to pick my pet up. I quickly looked for another driver to fix this. Ms. Morgan said she’ll take care of it and picked him up within 2 hours after he’s been sitting for about 3-4 already. Keep in mind she just got back from a pet transport to Alaska! She saved me A LOT of money and stress. Also she texted me with constant updates! If you are reading this review please book her you WILL NOT be disappointed and your pet will be delivered!

They cancelled shipping our cars the evening they were supposed to pick them up (as in I waited all day for our truck to arrive). I booked all my shipments weeks ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have last minute issues. We haven’t been able to find another carrier to take our cars across the country and now we’re renting a car on the other side of the country and our cars are sitting at my sisters house. I’m super bummed. It was really unprofessional. I’m very unhappy.

Strongly recommend! Anton is punctual, caring animal shipper. He communicated often and sent many pictures of our dog during the trip. I felt my dog was safe with him. He eased anxiety of both our dog and myself. He took care of everything. We shipped our dog to a training boot camp for aggressive dog training so naturally we were concerned how the dog would fair on the trip to Florida, we live in Delaware. Anton quickly assessed the situation and took control. He had lots of treats and just made our dog feel so much at ease. The dog trainers were so impressed with Anton when he dropped off my dog, Anton eased our family anxiety completely. And he does exactly what he says he going to do - very strong communication skills! Strongly recommend Anton!

Keith kept great communication with us the whole time he was transporting our pup. He messaged and send pics and videos when stopped. Also let us know when he was shutting down for the night. Had access to GPS tracking the whole time he had our pup. In speaking with Keith when he delivered our pup he let us know that he had ridden quite well for over 900 miles and did NOT once have to create our pup in the truck. Keith kept us informed at all stages of the move, we knew where he was as he brought the boat to us, dealt with several issues on the trailer that was with the boat, got it here incredibly quickly and in good condition. Jenn and Eric were diligent in helping me get my puppy the correct shots to keep her healthy on the trip and months to come.
