Zach was really great! Brought my dog from NJ to NC for a follow-up to a medical procedure he needed. My dog does not do well on flights, and I needed an alternative to transport him. Zach was very commutative, on time, and did the 9-10 hour drive in 1 day! When he arrived it looked as though Zach gave my dog the type of loving care I would’ve given him myself. He was relaxing in the front seat, wagging his tail, and had been walked and fed! It felt like a friend was taking care of him. 10/10!!! Would absolutely work with Zach again.

They were very nice people and very patient and competent. My two cats are high maintenance and extremely frightened of strangers. It took time to get them into the carrier, but after that they got them across country in a timely and safe manner, staying in constant communication with me to reassure us that all was well at each stage. It would have been impossible to fly these two big cats who are terrified of their own shadow and hiss, scratch and bite any nearby finger when they get scared. Problem solved. Cats are now safely in Boston (from Oklahoma) and doing very well exploring their new home.

Absolutely terrible. Pressured me into a quick book saying she was headed that way the next morning. After booking 0 contact until numerous calls and text. She finally said she could pick up on Saturday. I informed her that would not work. Asked if she could change to Friday. She agreed to the date then again no contact as I waited to hear back about what time she would be there. I finally got her to answer at almost 7 pm and she was 12 hours away. She stated that due to storms it was not her fault. I know things happen but as a professional transporter I would have liked a heads up. After talking with her she cancelled the trip completely. This is the third time I have used citizenshipper and this was the worst experience. She was unorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable.

These folks are the greatest i must say if something ever happened to me i wish they could become my dogs god parents. They were truly amazing with my Golden Retriever. She is an older dog and if she senses anything wrong with a person she gets very apprehensive but as soon as they came to pick her up I was told it was nothing but kisses for them. She responded to them better then she did people she's been around for years. Everything went without a hitch and Baby was noticeably sad when they left her with me.
