What can I say..... as I am sure everyone that transports their pet experiences, this is a high stress transaction for the owner. In our case, we had purchased a new puppy so our cargo was particularly precious. We selected JPR Transport based off the great reviews and photos etc. We had several video calls with Jason and Samantha, leading up to the big day and they completely understood our anxiety, fears and concerns and were able to help us manage through the process by answering all our questions and doing everything we requested. They have an excellent understanding of the needs of a puppy and we felt our little "Rocky" was in very safe hands. The GPS tracker worked really well and we could see their whereabouts all the along the route. Thanks again guys, we wish you well and are more grateful than words can express for the excellent service you provided to us and of course to Rocky!
