Shelly is very professional and really knows how to handle dogs in transit! She is very much a dog lover and it shows! My poodle Adison came from Quincy, Illinois to Reynoldsburg, Ohio on 3/14/2022. Amanda did an amazing job helping us transport our puppies back! She was very professional throughtout the entire process, easing our stress since it was our first time transporting puppies. Despite some delays on our end, Amanda was very patient with us and accommodated to our situation. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Scott & Tina. It's a bit unnerving to have your pet transported by a stranger, but I can tell you right now that you are in good hands with Scott & Tina. They are kind, honest people who care deeply about animals and will treat your pet as if it were their own. They were professional and communicative throughout the entire transportation process. When the roads shut down due to a snow storm, Tina regularly texted us status updates to make sure we had the latest information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR JOB TO GO SMOOTHLY!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! I used his company to book a shipper in December 2021 and it is March 2022 and he has refused to pick up the items he left behind and I am still fighting this. He and his wife has not performed in a professional manner at all. I will list the things below. 1. He did not bring a trailer large enough for my belongings even after I sent detailed pictures of my things ahead of time 2. A significant amount of my things had to be left behind, of which I am now paying $60/month storage fee in Texas and I live in Wisconsin 3. 2 of my 50' TV's were scratched and damaged whereas previously they had no damage or wear 4. Part of a cocktail table was missing, table is now useless and has to be thrown away 5. Office chair was missing, over $200 for the cost of the custom chair 6. A computer monitor was cracked and is beyond repair of which I had to reimburse my company 7. All my show boxes were crushed 8. He lied and told me that he was bringing a truck large enough for a 3 bedroom house but he brought a trailer instead, which you can see from the pictures that it was packed tight I have every text message from the shipper stating he was on his way to pick up my things in Dallas on several occasions and he never arrived, He texted me to inform me that he had someone else who was picking up my left items and they never arrived, even sent me pictures of them on the road which was a lie. Sent me picture of who he claimed was him in the hospital saying he could drive for 2 weeks...just a liar!!! I had the worst experience of my life with this move using this shipper. I have cried many days over leaving my mothers jewelry and other mementos that I have had for over 30 years in Texas with no way to retrieve them. The sentimental value of these items is not measurable and this guy has been playing and scamming me the entire time. Citizen shipper refunded me the fee that I paid and he sent me $150 after 4 months of lying telling me every day "I'll seed it tonight" I am out of the following $1500 with shipper $250 for custom chair (paid $150) $150 for table missing base $100 for damaged computer monitor $?? for my 2 50 inch tv's being scratched up and the shipper is using images of my belongings to promote his business. My advice to the reader is be smart, look at the reviews, he is a liar and a scammer. If he askes you for money upfront DO NOT do this! He will procrastinate and not answer or return your calls and maybe even not deliver your items. I don't believe anything the person says. The worst kind of person to me is a man who is a liar and a thief and I can tell you only one of those things was evident, and of that I am not too sure because an honorable man would never do this to another human. He gets NO starts from me!

Joshua picked up my 2 border collies from LA and drove them straight through to Colorado. He kept me posted along the way with photos and updates and even took the time to play fetch with them in a park, since border collies need to run! I had booked with another driver, who had an unfortunate situation and had to cancel minutes before the scheduled pick up - this threw my life into disarray, as I had to cancel flights and change all my plans, with no solution on no notice for the dogs. Joshua stepped in and was calm cool and collected in helping me pick up the pieces - I cant thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness. If you get a chance to work with him - do it! Emi was beyond wonderful in helping us with our cross country move. We have 5 kitties that we love to pieces and we were worried about how best to transport them across the country without traumatizing them. Flying was a no-go. We felt like we had exhausted every measure until we found Emi. She gave us incredible advice on how to prepare them for a cross country road trip, We followed her instructions and she was absolutely right - they were ready and acclimated to her and to Chewy right away. She is a professional and really is a cat whisperer so if you follow her advice your kitty will have a much easier time. We had some weather delays, some moving delays and she was so calm and easy that it helped ease the stress of it all. We got lots of pictures every day showing the kitties happy, relaxed, well fed but most importantly safe and secure while en route. When she arrived at our new home, she showed me how to properly clean my cats eyes (one has a weepy eye) and ears and gave me tips on how to keep their coats smooth. She was truly a blessing!! I would hire her again to move or be our pet nanny in a heartbeat!!

Terrible experience. Be aware that Karen was not involved outside of booking and message interaction. Instead, her boyfriend handled the delivery. I am not sure if this is allowed or advised, as Karen appears to be the sole account holder. In terms of the shipping, my two dogs were picked up several hours late. Instead of arriving 7AM as originally planned, Omar texted me at 6:30AM, saying he was doing another pickup. He ended up showing at my house around 11AM, making me late for a family engagement. I was only in town for a short while, and had not been able to see my family for 3 years, so this was very frustrating. The following day, I texted him to see where he was with my dogs. He said he had been so tired, he’d had to sleep overnight, and still hadn’t left the tristate area. It made things difficult, because after I gave my dogs to him in New York, I had to fly to North Carolina to receive my dogs from him at my apartment there, then I have ongoing travels for work. I am lucky that I did not have to cancel or reschedule my flights. Omar's drop-off time was originally supposed to be between 8am and 12noon. Later he updated this to a 9pm drop off. Then 10 pm. After that, I didn't hear from him despite sending him text messages, and was truly concerned, but he eventually arrived at 11:30 PM. The van was full of boxes, items, and loose dogs. It took Omar over a half hour to dig my dogs out. My dogs were shaking and the crates were completely soiled in dog food and liquid. I am not sure if it was water or urine. When I brought the dogs in, they urinated and defecated in my apartment, and clearly hadn't been walked recently. I was up half the night cleaning my apartment and cleaning the dirtied crates. For the day and a half that Omar had my dogs, he sent me only one picture of him walking them. I honestly think he took on too much. The van should not have been as congested as it was. I was not going to leave a review, but I'm continuing to have issues. Karen and Omar charged me an extra one hundred dollars to transport my 2 dog crates with my two dogs. I need these crates to travel with my dogs. They are IATA/flight-approved crates and they are expensive to replace. When Omar dropped off my dogs, he failed to return the door for one of the crates. When I reached out to Omar, I was ignored. I reached out to Karen and I was accused of not specifically requesting the crate door when Omar did the drop-off. It was the middle of the night, and I was exhausted from multiple flights. I paid for the crate to be delivered, and it should have been returned to me, in full. Even though this transport was over a month ago, and I even offered to pay for the return of my crate door via USPS, this item still has not been returned. At one point, Karen was rude and randomly claimed that she was not a thief. I never accused her of being a thief, I just politely asked for the return of my item. My interactions with her have been unpleasant. I find her to be confrontational. I do not think customer service is for her. Even though Omar was bad with timing, at least he's polite. Maybe customer interactions should be left to him. Overall, I have had a negative experience. I am communicating with citizenshipper customer service in hopes for the return of my item. Over the past month and a week, Karen continues to say that she is unable to return the item for various reasons, including, being in Florida, and car troubles. Though it doesn't take a lot to ship something via USPS, especially when I offered to pay for it. The service was very unprofessional, and though my dogs arrived in one piece, the conditions inside the van were dangerous and stressful for them. I was expecting great service from all the glowing reviews. I would not recommend these shippers.

This is my first experience doing this sort of thing! We had a family emergency come up, My Sister is very Ill and needed someone to take her pup in, so she could seek the medical help she needed without worrying about her fur baby! I live in Mass and she lives in Florida so its not so easy for me to run and pick the dog up. Plus I have pets and kids and 2 jobs really not an easy option for me! When I tell you when something is meant to be things will shift to make it happen! Lene and her Son reached out with a bid and I cant say enough good about our experience so far. I could not have been more pleased with any driver than Brian. He kept in touch with me during the trip to deliver my dogs and his timing for that drive was excellent. He was the best driver that I could have hoped for and I would definitely use him again. He was trustworthy, prompt, considerate and kind. I would like to take a moment to express our appreciation for all that L&T Transportor does for us owners of pets. I have been very satisfied with the services we received. Great communication from the beginning, totally trustworthy would recommend to my friends, family and you if need of these services 10/10. They kept me updated all the time and responded to all my questions without hesitation, they also sent me pictures and let me know of their location at all times. I’m very grateful to have pick them, they treated my pet as one of their own. They came thru from the pick up to their delivery. If you need transport pick them they are great, they transported my German Shepherd from Texas to North Carolina in a few days which was amazing. I was more then nervous when I was looking for a transport for my baby boy Ozzy. This was my first time needing that type of service. I had a few options to choose from. But Billy was the quickest responder and reassured me all the way that my pup was doing great and learned he LOVES snow! I ended up being a last minute booking. I HIGHLY recommend shipping with Toph!!! I was extremely nervous to ship my fur baby across states, but after talking on the phone with Toph and meeting him and seeing how he interacted with Onyx, I knew for a fact my fur baby would be safe. He 100% treated my pitbull like he was his own. From day 1 until delivery day there was communication, pictures and videos sent even updates on the road and weather conditions.
