When originally booking, the communication was great, prompt. Once booked, there was confusion regarding the pick up, which all in all ended up working out and the breeder we purchased our pup from was great and super flexible. What I was NOT impressed with was the lack of communication during the transport once pup was picked up. I did not receive any photo updates after asking multiple times, the ranges for time were just so large that it was impossible to leave the house. It would be 2-5 hours. That’s a huge difference, I had taken time off of work I didn’t even need to take. THEN, once the pup arrived, the breeder had given two bags of food. Neither bag was even opened. The pup was in the car for over 24 hours and was not fed. He was 8 weeks old. I asked probably 4-5 times has he eaten, has he been fed, and my question was always ignored. We got him inside and fed him and the dog was crying eating so fast. In the future, we will plan to pick up on our own. 3 stars for at least getting him here.

I booked them and my puppy came to me just as expected. Joe was great to work with, very accommodating, and kept me updated every step of the way with pictures, videos and real time location tracking. PLEASE NOTE: the profile tells you EVERYTHING you need to know and agree to PRIOR to booking. In short, if you’d like to receive your pet at a fraction of what most people charge…book with MoJoes. Just understand that there are other people that desire the same discounted service and in order to keep their prices low they’ll sometimes transport more than one pet at a time. However, you WILL get your pet picked up and delivered just as promised. Just (BEFORE booking) make sure you read the WHOLE profile. Not every couple of words and not just the parts that stood out at a glance. Also, leave room for flexibility. They have made sure to set the proper expectations. They are not scammers at all!!! Joe safely delivered my 6lb puppy in just over 24 hours. If you require a specific delivery time either book their more expensive option (which they do have) or book your pet nanny a plane ticket (which is much more expensive).

I booked with Brandon and he requested a down payment of 1/2 upfront which I paid through Cash App. Shortly before the expected pick-up date, he texted me to tell me he had tested positive for Covid and couldn't do the delivery--left me high and dry. So he never delivered the service at all. To make matters worse, he kept my money and never returned it after several attempts to collect it. Complete fraud. Really disappointing. No justification for keeping the money. If you have covid that's one thing, but return the money. So I had to find an alternative solution in just a few days' time which cost me another $1000. Buyer beware so check out your driver before you send any money. Overall I would give Brandon a 0 to negative if I could.

I am extremely disappointed with this driver. There has been so many delays after booking my dog with this individual. I explained to her that I work during the day and need my dog dropped off after hours or on a weekend and she agreed. Therefore, She picked up my dog on Monday, March 21 around 9pm and it would take her 24hrs for delivery, so I texted her because she never gave me an update , and said she apologized because she came across some bad weather. Which I understood. Then she sent me a message telling me that she’d be here today Wednesday at 10 PM which I said perfect I will be home waiting for my dog this way I would be able to spend quality time with her before the next day. After a couple hours of that text message she sent me another message telling me that she would be in Iowa and the other person that she has to deliver her dog to won’t be available till after 9 o’clock this evening therefore my arrival time for my dog would be till tomorrow morning at 10 AM which I replied that that would not work for me because I would be working. Then she became extremely rude and said that if I wasn’t to be here for my dog at that hour then she would take it to a shelter which I thought was extremely out of place. I told her that if she took my dog to the shelter I would not pay her a remaining balance because I would have to pay to release for them to release my dog from the shelter. A lot of back-and-forth very unprofessional I wouldn’t trust my dog with this woman. I am not over exaggerating I am extremely overwhelmed and hoping that she is treating my dog with care. Iowa is only like four hours from me so I texted her and asked her when she’d be in Iowa mid morning and she said it before 4.5 hours but then she had another drop off during the evening I was willing to drive there and pick up my dog at a reasonable time so I could spend some quality time with my dog. I have all these messages.

RV Travel Trailer
The whole process was excellent. James made it outstanding. He was professional, courteous and kept us updated constantly. By the time he had brought our RV from Montana, I felt like he was family. The couple we bought the RV from even commented that "he was the nicest young man." He was able to flex with our schedule and when he delivered the RV, he even took the time to help with a walk through, power usage and how to set up the hitch. If I ever need anything towed again, or (sadly for James) have questions about towing I will be calling James again.

Here’s my experience with CitizenShipper. If it was possible to leave a rating below zero I would have. Jason “no show” Humphreys at Humpty’s Homeward Haulin’ was a “certified vetted driver” referred by Citizen Shipper. Jason failed to transport a 3 month old puppy as agreed upon. The only haulin’ done was haulin’ in my 50% deposit, which I’m currently trying to hash out a refund with Venmo since Jason replied “f##k you” to my refund request. I’d recommend avoiding this company like the plague if you have any expectations of a need to be filled and certainly paying no money up front, at least not until you KNOW the animal has been picked up. These are independent contractors and while I’m sure many of them are conscientious and reliable, there’s no guarantee you’ll get one of them. Also, when I contacted Citizen Shipper about the no show they pretty much told me it was all between me and the independent contractor, basically washing their hands of any responsibility or trying to line up a replacement driver for my no show. Oh, and when you’re getting price quotes you should know that Citizen Shipper will tack on an additional $73.99 to your quoted price for a “service fee” AFTER you book instead of charging the driver a referral fee, which I assume they also do. I booked and paid for the lead with TCI Logistics, over 1 week ago, who is basically unresponsive, does not follow up when they say they will, and basically has the vehicle sitting, with zero leads. The POC, is like pulling teeth to get answer's, and is basically doing no leg work, to fulfill the request. I shipped 4 vehicles last year, alone. While I appreciate that they answer the phone when calling, this has been the slowest, least active & responsive transport broker, I've ever experienced. I had another shipper reach out, do the leg work, located and booked a transport in less than 24 hours.
