I don't think I could fully put into words how great Megan was! This whole process was a little overwhelming at first when trying to find the right person to ship my dog but after getting to know her and her background a little more the choice was easy. She was incredibly kind and compassionate through out this whole experience when both my dog and I needed it most. She shipped my dog from Washington state to Massachusetts which was by no means a short easy drive. My 78lb German Shepherd Roan struggles with severe anxiety and fearfulness. He can occasionally be challenging to work with and needs lots of patience and empathy Megan and her husband went above and beyond working with him. They were very quick to respond especially when providing updates on his condition, sending pictures, details of pick up/drop off, and any questions I had. They also informed me of a mild health issue Roan was experiencing that I thought was all taken care of prior to shipping him. Megan and I even chatted for a bit over the phone about different things I could look into to help Roan and his daily battle with anxiety and fearfulness going as far as to pick up a business card from the board and train facility that she sends her own german shepherds to. I am so beyond grateful for everything they have done. Roan is curled up sleeping peacefully and is very happy to be home with me. I wouldn't trust anyone else to have taken better care of him. We have a vet appointment scheduled and Monday I plan on reaching out to the facility she recommended for Roan.

Furry First Class took great care of our fur baby! Our family was moving from Virginia to Oregon, but due to Covid restrictions, our large dog (bull mastiff/boxer) was not allowed to fly cargo. This company made it possible for him to move with us, which we are so grateful for! Transporting a pet is so stressful. Transporting one because she wasn't approved to fly and the whole family had to leave her behind was absolutely heartbreaking. Sabrina was very kind and communicative. It was nice to track her and she picked up our husky in the morning in CA and delivered him the following day at midnight in Texas. 20 hour drive!! She of course had other stops but still the fastest delivery then other quotes we got. The only complaint is that upon arrival when she provided our dogs belongings his leash was wet with urine. I know accidents happen though. Other than that, awesome service and we definitely recommend her.

After not realizing how much my dogs had grown I realized I could not get them in the carrier on a plane due to size. I had a flight five hours later and contacted Tina through this app I could not find anyone else who would pick them up for five or six days and I had to be in Houston on Monday night. She accommodate my schedule and gave me one of the lower prices. I was nervous and stressed out the whole time as I only had a dog sitter for one night and they need to be picked up the following day. She delivered. She got the dogs update me with pictures and info along the ride and let me tracks in the car on GPS. I’m not sure how I would’ve done this without her. TeeRex is absolutely wonderful, we sent our dog Brody from Las Vegas to Florida with them and had photos and updates of progress every day along the way. I was very nervous for our puppy to do such a long trip as we didn’t want to put him in cargo on the plane. Such an easy service, Barbara kept us notified on all progress and Keith was absolutely wonderful, driving a very long way, stopping at dog parks and keeping Brody company and looking after him.
