Tina seems really nice and was very flexible with our pickup dates and understanding of the uncertainty we had with some of the details of the transport. But we had several issues. The first was on pickup. We agreed that Tina would pick our dog up at 7:30. When I hadn’t heard anything by 8 I told her I needed to take my daughter to school and would be back soon. She responded that they were just getting up and checking out of the hotel then a few minutes later said they’d be stopping for breakfast and coffee (?). I asked when they planned on arriving and never heard back. She showed up at 8:50. No explanation or apology ever given for why they didn’t arrive at 7:30 as we agreed on. I also never received any kind of GPS tracking even though we had spoken about it. I had no idea where our dog was until I finally reached out to ask where they were the third (and final) day of travel. He did arrive safely and seemed okay but Tina gave my parents the wrong food and water bowls. My mom caught them before they left but they still gave the wrong water bowl. Makes me worry if anything else got left behind or switched out somehow. I just really didn’t feel comfortable with a lot of the situation. I would not use them again.

It was our first time using a transport service and Tammy walked me thru the process on the telephone, answered my questions and alleviated my concerns. Tammy and Randy are friendly, cooperative, punctual and professional. I highly recommend them to transport your pet. They picked up our Catahoula in Jupiter Florida, and kept us informed with pictures and GPS tracking during the trek cross country to Steamboat Springs Colorado. I had a wonderful experience having my baby transported with Tinisha. She was very accommodating for my needs and the needs of my client as well. Her flexibility was more than anyone could ask for and she went out of her way to make sure that everyone involved me, the client, and of course my baby had a wonderful experience on their trip. She was friendly, prompt, and was on time with the service she provided and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If there was a way to give Jeremy a hundred stars I most certainly would. I had a bad break up with my ex who moved me across the country then broke up with me 8 months later. I had to fly home & leave my dog in PA until I could find a way to get her back. Then I came across Jeremy with CitizenShipper. What a lucky find for me. Jeremy was very easy to talk to and understood my fears about wanting to get my 14yr old black lab home as she had been recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. Excellent experience! Anna is so kind. She loves animals, treating them like her own, she kept in constant communication with updates for me before, and during the long drive. I especially loved that my puppy was inside Anna’s own personal vehicle, within arms reach so she could interact with her ( (not a big van or truck full of crates & kennels). Lots of potty, water and cuddle breaks along the way, including photos! Anna gave me GPS updates all day, and arrived the exact minute she said she would. Excellent service and her rate couldn’t be beat. I highly recommend Anna if you want your pet to be treated like a king or queen I was handed a happy, healthy tail waging tiny little girl! Barbara & Norman, this is going to be a long one prepare yourselves. my puppy was supposed to be picked up on Friday march 4th, after contacting the breeder to let her know my driver would be picking the puppy up by noon, she immediately started saying she doesn't trust transporters that they just throw your puppies in a cage like shoes and if I wasn't the one coming to pick up the puppy she would not turn the puppy over to a transporter but she herself wanted me to pay a transporter that she uses to transport my puppy, I asked what's the difference between your transporter and mine, she said mine was a stranger ,well well well, I never met tour transporter either so as far as I'm concerned your transporter is a stranger, we went on and on for a little while, I contacted Barbara to let her know the situation and gave Barbara the breeder contact information to speak with her and assure her that the puppy was in good hands and will be well taken care of and offered ETA services, well I guess that just wasn't good enough, so the breeder had her husband to call me instead of her talking to me, her husband called and said they were sorry they just don't hand over their puppy's to strangers, correct me if I'm wrong, I thought after I made final payment the puppy was mine and I should be able to have anyone I want pick the puppy up for me, well anyway that didn't happen so the husband said they will be refunding my purchase, so they did immediately. now I have no puppy mind you I had been preparing for this puppy since the puppy was 4 weeks old waiting patiently, i had ordered personalized items with the puppy name on it and purchased alot of other items 1 being a bag of $38 puppy food that she suggested i get now I'm stuck with that too. i was so distraught i then called Barbara back and we talked about it and she eased my mind and told me if i find another puppy she would pick it up for me at the same price no matter where it was, she stayed up with me until 1am comforting me and told me she was available for me before during and after and that i can depend on her and she would help out until i was satisfied, i then started my search once again and found a puppy that next morning and I called Barbara and told her and she said no problem your new puppy will be picked up within 2 hrs and it was and I had my puppy later that evening from ohio to iowa. Norman was great and he made it happen quickly I didn't think I would have my new baby that fast, They made it happen, they turned my tears into a big smile, if I could give 100 stars to TeeRex I would, they really took care of my situation and Barbara was so kind and patient and I just can't thank her for all the things she did to make this happen successfully. Definitely will be using them again in the future and telling all my family and friends. Thank you so much Barbara & Norman.
