I am very dissatisfied with my experience with Victoria. First off, I felt blessed to find this woman. She understood my wants before we even discussed. You could tell she had genuine care for animals. She seemed like a lovely woman that took transporting a pet into her heart. I pushed my original dates in order to work with her schedule. I originally planned to have her by the end of the weekend of the 26th. She told me if I could wait until the first week of July, she would love to bring my baby home. She told me she could definitely get her here before the 4th. I felt comfortable and like I could trust her. She informed me of her other drop offs and told me I would have an exact date after her first delivery on the 25th. I booked her. I reached out, on the 23rd so she'd have my number, I know it's early to discuss plans, yada yada. 30th comes and still no word from her. I reached out, said good morning, less than a week away and asked if she had a specific date/time in mind. She told me: "Either Friday or Saturday I'll know more tuesday and payment can go through cash app". I was confused and asked if that was for pick-up or delivery. She responded: "Depending on the time pick up and delivery unless you want to wait till next week but I was talking about this Friday or Saturday." "I thought we had spoken about getting her here before the 4th after deliveries through this week end. She apologized and said I was on her calendar and that she was driving my way right now and that it'll be the night of the 2nd or early morning 3rd & its a one day transport. I needed a date to inform the breeder so they can make plans around her arrival. Monday I finally got my CashApp to work and paid her. Tuesday, the 2nd, I reached out and asked for a specific time she'd possibly be showing up, she responded: "It's going to be the 3rd, Thursday." I asked why my delivery was being pushed back further and further. She told me she had a tire blow out in Montana mountains and she had to wait 10 hours for AAA.. but thinking about it, I don't know why she was in Montana if she was going from Florida to Oregon, Oregon to Georgia, then Georgia to Louisiana to pick up my puppy, because that's what we had discussed prior to booking. I understood, wished her safe travels. We then discussed new plan that she will be picked up AND delivered by the night of the 3rd. Her exact words: "Yes she will be there same day. It might be a little late depending on potty breaks but we will definitely be there." Sweet! Little later than I'd like, but before the 4th. It's the 2nd..at 3:40 I reached out to her and asked if she could meet my breeder at the vet close by instead of her house... She responded to me: "There's no way I will be there before 7pm would you like to cancel I can send your money back stuff happens when you travel I apologize." I was confused because I thought she was on her way on the 30th, as she stated. I asked what happened and she send be a screenshot of a car accident that happened JANUARY OF 2020!! (Which I didn't notice until now..) I asked when she'd be here then if I didn't cancel, she said sometime tomorrow.. again.. not an answer worth a dime.. She asked if I wanted to continue the trip.. I responded: "I'm just a little frustrated.. you told me that on the 25ths you were picking up from Florida and going to Oregon. Thats 2 days. Thats 27th. Then you told me you had another in Georgia. Another 2 days. 30th. Then you said my puppy would be next. Add a day. 1st. I understand complications come along with road trips. I'm an understanding person. We agreed before the 4th. Before I even booked you. I'm the one reaching out to you, you haven't reached out to me a single time to inform me of changes. I don't appreciate that. I had to pay $80 to book you on- top of the $400. I chose you because you made me feel comfortable and I trusted you to stick to what we talked about. My puppy is now in a hard situation." Her reply was: "Stuff happens we apologize you are just behind next till dropping off the one for Washington will send your money soon as im done driving sorry for the inconvenience." To which she used CashApp to pay me $250 with the comment: "Because you're impatient". You've LITERALLY got to be kidding me. When did Washington come about? Why Montana? How am I behind someone, when you said I was 3rd delivery? I have wasted my time on this woman and I can't believe the excuses she used. I don't believe any of it now that the situation is over and feel bamboozled. Now I have to find another person to deliver. Thanks for wasting my time.. I was wrong to trust you with my precious cargo...

Nice guy, great price. Puppies seemed happy when they got to their destination. I had trouble getting the driver to commit to a pick up time. It took several days and several texts and I found out the morning of the pickup a time. I didn’t even get an estimated time. That was frustrating. Only received 1 picture for a 2.5 day road trip, I thought I would get more. Otherwise, good service.

Shawn was a great communicator. He was very responsive. He was punctual, he brought the puppy to us the time he promised he would. There was only one little issue I had. A few days before he told me he couldn’t pick up the puppy himself and that his co partner will be picking up the puppy and driving the puppy half way to him and he will be driving the puppy himself to us. I was a little hesitant at first cause I had licked Shawn due to his great reviews and he had said he would be driving our puppy himself all the way. However, it turns out his co partner Chance was great. He was very responsive. He picked up the puppy on time and took great care of him. He let him ride shot gun be cause the puppy didn’t feel comfortable in the crate. All in all, all went well and the puppy was delivered to us safe and healthy. I would definitely use Shawn again if I ever need anything!

Our experience with Darryl, from the time that we booked our shipment through the delivery of our Belgian Tervuren puppy, was exceptional. Darryl is a genuinely good, kind-hearted person who cares about you as well as your important cargo. He was in contact regularly before picking up our puppy and during the transport (from upper Wisconsin to Maryland), kept us updated frequently with pictures, calls, and text messages. Our puppy arrived healthy and rested and was obviously well cared for during the trip. I should also mention that our puppy was the ONLY puppy aboard Darryl's vehicle during the entire trip, unlike some others who might charge a similar amount (or a bit less) but load up 3 or 5 or more animals. He made the entire trip (approximately 1,100 miles) in a little more than a day. Thank you, Darryl, and if we ever need animal transport again, we will certainly turn to you.

While arranging transport for the puppy, Tricia discovered that the person who I had purchased the puppy from was scamming me. They were being very evasive and not giving Tricia or I a straight answer and giving excuses that they were out of town. Thank you Tricia for being kind to me and looking out for my best interest. I'm sure had there been a real dog to transport, the puppy would have been very comfortable and communication with Tricia very easy to establish. Absolutely terrible. I was assured of a pick up and delivery and as soon as we paid the deposit we never got any good communication with the company or drivers or carriers and they ended up issuing a refund because they couldn't do the job they assured us they could due. I've never seen a business lack so much in communication. I understand things happen but the lack of communication is absolutely terrible and the attitude of the one person that did finally contact me was absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend this company to transport anything. I mean absolutely nothing. I've never seen a business act this way. It wouldn't be so bad but literally as soon as we paid the deposit like all communication was gone. Very poor company. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

My two female cats were moved from Texas to California. Pam organized the trip and payment, and her son Jared did the transport. Pam always responded quickly and cheerfully to my requests, and was very flexible regarding dates, pick-up, and special requests. Her son got the cats to me super-fast. He picked them up Sunday night, boarded them, then got them to me Tuesday. He had two kennels to put cats in after one escaped its carrier. He seemed to genuinely enjoy and bond with my cats, even though one meows incessantly. Easiest drop-off. Excellent price. On the whole, kind and professional animal-lovers. I highly recommend.

First off, we received multiple bids with a variety of price points. We went with Emi because she responded from the get go numerous times answering all of my questions quickly. This was the first time our fur kids would be away from us. I did not sleep the night before as I had a ton of anxiety...thinking should we let them go, are we doing the right thing, will they be depressed?? I am totally that mom. When Emi got to our home to pick up the babies she came in and familiarized herself with them. She seen our kitty did not want to go in a crate, so she said no need to stress her out in there and did not put her in it. Such a relief. She showed me all their quarters and how they had their own personal space. I was feeling a lot better at this point. I watched and waived as they drove off. I soon after got my first update sending pics of all of them situated and comfy as they were are their little adventure. I was worried about them drinking enough water, wanting to eat their food and even going potty with someone unfamiliar. Emi sent pics of all of this. I even got evening pics and good morning pics. They all slept together with her pup Chewey. By the second day I was at complete ease. Long story short... if you ever sent your kids to camp and were completely worried about them, then see pics of them having a good ole time and forgetting who mom and dad even are. This is what it will be like. We will definitely be using Nany Emi again! Thank you so much!!

Leaving your dog with anyone new can be nerve racking. Leaving your dog with two people to travel from one side of the U.S. to the other is completely terrifying. Brad and Olivia put all of this to rest and made me feel exceptionally confident. Amy was absolutely wonderful! Before she picked our new pup up from the breeder we purchased from who was in Illinois she sent me a complete itinerary of all the stops she was going to make. She picked the pup up and took a picture of both of them so I knew she had the dog and kept the dog overnight so she could start her journey to Rhode Island very early in the morning . She made sure the pup was very comfortable for the ride and took pictures of him through out the journey and sent them to me. At her stops she made sure the dog drank and ate then gave him time to do his business. She arrived at the expected time from the itinerary . I felt so comfortable with Amy considering I never met her or ever used this type of service before. I highly recommend Amy for transporting your animal she was fantastic .??

Lorin was amazing! I was a little nervous at first with the puppy being a little Nippy around new people. About an hour or so into the ride I got pictures of the puppy hanging out in the car with them. He kept up with the love GPS tracking and updates via text message with some pictures too!! Really but me at ease that Smokey was in good hands.. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of pet transportation... Thanks again. Oh yea and by far the best pricing!!!

Todd and his daughters were very nice and extremely accommodating; they had an unexpected issue come up on their end but still found a way to pick up and deliver my puppy on time. The puppy was very happy and obviously well taken care of. One thing I wish is that we would have received more pictures/updates along the way, but given the circumstances, it was understandable.
